Private room, overlooking the neighborhood, equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, bathroom and full kitchenette; a balcony to enjoy our wonderful climate, while lounging on hammocks or eating dinner outside on the outdoor table and chairs. WiFi and TV included as well as beach chairs and towels provided. Only one block from the beach within our delightful gated community. We are close to restaurants, a bakery, pizzeria, taquerias, yoga studio, pharmacy and lively Loiza Street.

Close to beach and services. Host was amazing. Only issue was more on our end, poor canadian cell service made hard to communicate effectively with host.

Great People Place and Experience

Lynne was fantastic I prefer to stay out of the flow of tourist but close to everything. This was perfect. Nice place just a block from the ocean Lynne checked us in late at night She checked in on our needs but still left us alone to our trip. We will definitely stay again hopefully in the not too distant future

Lovely studio close to the beach

We spent a month staying in this lovely studio just minutes from the beach. There is a large outside terrace with beautiful views. Studio has all amenities you require. The host Lynne is on site and was very helpful.

Great Location, 3 min. walk to beach, Clean studio and Great host

The listing was very accurate and left no disappointment. Highly recommend for a single or couple. The studio apt. was very clean and possessed all the necessities. This was my wife and myself 1st experiences with VRBO, and we were not disappointed. Lynne and Eric set the highest example of being a Host. Beyond a doubt the highest rating one can give.

Beyond perfect!

This property is a true find! Lynn was a wonderful host and the place exceeded our expectations. Lynn provided everything we needed- beach chairs, plenty of linens, dishes, a cooler, there was even extra bug spray and sunscreen! The room was tidy and provided plenty of storage for all our clothes (we were there for 8 days). The neighborhood is extremely safe and walk-able to 100+ restaurants and bars. The beach is gorgeous and only 3 minutes from door to shore. I can't recommend this property enough! The only possible con is that this neighborhood has a lot of dogs that like to bark in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a downside. For us, we weren't in Puerto Rico to sleep so it wasn't a deterrent. To clarify: This is a separate studio apartment at the top of the property. You are close to the property owner if there are any questions but don't share any of the spaces.

We love to host our guests in our special neighborhood. We've lived here 39 years! We are both retired from airlines and love travelers to enjoy our special oasis by the beach and closeness (walking) to so many places to eat, play and shop, also even do yoga across the street. Our neighborhood is residential in the heart of the metropolitan area, 10 min from airport and Condado; also 20 min away from Old San Juan. It's a great place to have as a base for your PR experience. We are in a residential area, yes we have pets and lots of homeowners have dogs and love to walk the streets under the shady trees. We have a min pin and a mix (schnauzer maybe shitzu?). They are friendly and love attention. We appreciate our guests loving to stay here and share their experiences. We thank them all so much.

Very nice studio. The deck was amazing and location perfect

Nice and close to most things in San juan. Very safe gated community with beach about a block away. Uber here is awesome and we walked a lot. Lynn was an amazing host so thoughtful and helpful and kind. Eric was funny too. The people of puerto rico were so nice and the city is in very good shape and getting better all the time I was told.
