This Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a sitting area that leads out to the balcony. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The property that started it all, Phoenix I is the original! In 2018, the entire building received a complete update. Some of those improvements included energy-efficient, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors facing the Gulf-front balconies. Also, a new beach boardwalk, improved grilling area, updated lobby and lighted Phoenix symbol on North of building, making it easily recognizable!

Enjoy the amenities available at Phoenix I featuring hot tubs, saunas, indoor racquetball and lighted outdoor tennis courts. Sweat it out in the fitness room, have a picnic under the gazebo, and take a dip in the solar-heated outdoor pool, including a kiddie pool!

You can take in the sunset from your own balcony or watch the waves on the sand. You’re only steps away from the edge of the water! Room was much smaller than expected, it was ok for my wife and myself but 2nd bedroom was small. Kitchen was extremely small, didn’t have many kitchen utensils. Only had 4 forks and 4 plates and we had to clean the plates and bowls before use. Air filter for the hvac system hadn’t been changed in months.

We had a great family/friend vacation! Beautiful beach and water. Restaurants, coffeehouse, ice cream shops close by. Condo owners were very responsive when we had questions.

We had a great week. The condo was very nice and accomodated us very well. Nicely decorated...felt like a home away from home. The owners were great to deal with...very friendly and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Location was everything for us as we stayed right across from some good restaurants! The view from the balcony was everything. It felt good to just be able to walk down stairs and not walk far to the beach. Everything was everything to say the least!

Amazing!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and offering stunning views. The condo itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The owners were fantastic with communication, always quick to respond and very helpful. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Quick trip

Great location, beautiful view. Needs a little tlc. Upon entering my friend found sand on the twin beds. No dish washing liquid to clean dishes. Cabinets had some doors hanging crooked and paint peeling. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Family Vacation

A great stay and fun on the beach. The elevators did great to the 11th floor with little wait once we got past the Sat. Check in hours. The condo was very nice and clean. The charcoal grills need an adjustable grate for the charcoal. The grill is deep and took significant charcoal to stay hot and cook.

Short birthday trip

The listing was perfectly described! We ended up with more children than at the original booking but the owners were very gracious about the last minute update. The space was a bit small for 7 but that is completely on me for adding additional bodies to the space. It is perfect for a family of four and it’s a great location with easy access to the beach and pool. We would definitely book again.

Cleanliness was a concern

We had a great time during our stay and enjoyed the condo. However, it seemed as though it missed its last cleaning. Hair everywhere, food still in the fridge, sheets didn’t seem clean (hair), washer was dirty, and a mildew smell on initial walk-in (which was better after our lysol spray-down). Great location, awesome beach access and literally no check-in process, which we loved.

The beach view and location was great. Very close to shops and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were several things that could have made it a 5 star stay. There didn’t seem to be much attention to detail in the condo. It was very bare bones, there was nowhere to hang or put anything so our stuff was all over the floor. A rack with hooks for towels, purse, etc. on the empty wall in the entryway would be really great, as would a luggage rack. Also, two of the four chairs on the patio were broken and unusable. The beach closet was like the closet of misfit toys - everything in there was broken or worn out. The arm inside the dishwasher was broken off (we fixed it temporarily), dirty dishes in the cabinet, no extra trash bags, light over the sink not working. These are small things that if fixed, would make a big impact.
