Nestled between the Boutonne and Charente valleys, in Charente-Maritime, Les Vals de Saintonge invite you to enjoy the sweetness of life in Charente. You will find a range of activities to disconnect for a weekend, a week or more. Benefiting from unspoilt nature, the destination is ideal for getaways on foot or by bike, by boat or canoe-kayak. It is also the cradle of Romanesque art: it is home to two wonders listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites as part of the Routes of Santiago de Compostela for lovers of culture and heritage. Similarly, the most gourmets will criss-cross the vineyard to discover the secrets of the production of the most famous of spirits: cognac.

This pleasant 300 m² Charente house is divided into two: the gîte and the operator's house offering a restaurant service. It offers you a wild garden where flowers, fruit trees and herbs intermingle and which extends over an enclosed hectare for the pleasure of your senses.
The gîte:
Spacious and comfortable, which can accommodate 10 people, consists of a living space with its living room with books and board games as well as a dining area. A fully equipped kitchen for complete autonomy and a veranda overlooking the garden.
The family suite located on the ground floor accommodates two to four people and has a private shower room and toilet.
Upstairs, three double bedrooms share a shower room and a toilet.
On site, a leisure centre accessible free of charge with tennis, mini-golf, bowling alley, children's games and hiking or cycling circuits, documentation on the region's must-see places as well as all the facilities for the leisure centre.
