Come up North to our cozy cabin and enjoy the Mountains! Our cabin is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom in Munds Park, Arizona. This property is on a corner lot with a large front yard and covered porch with string lights for entertaining outside and a patio table that sits 4. Two brand new smart TV's, New carpet and new beds (king, queen and a trundle twin xl mattress underneath the queen bed! New toilet in guest bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven/stove and fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker and comes with plates, silverware, glasses, wine glasses and kids cups, plates and silverware. We supply a pack 'n play if needed. Must have a 4WD or AWD vehicle in Winter months! RV parking in summer months available please let us know if you need it. Wi-fi, cards, puzzles and board games and cornhole are available. New grill in back (propane not provided). Fans in every room. No A/C. Non smoking property both inside and outside. Not far from Flagstaff, Sedona and Williams! Travel to Flagstaff for great food and plenty of things to do. In the summer rent an ATV or paddle board on the lake or play a round of golf. Munds park is close to Bearizona in Williams and only a 45 min drive from the new Canyon Coasters Adventure in Williams, Grand Canyon (2hrs away) Sedona (45min), Snowbowl (45min)

Home away from home

Home was beautiful and perfect for our vacation. Centrally located between Grand Canyon and Sedona, the two places we were coming to see. Enjoyed the patio and the availability of dish / cookware to utilize.

Munds Park cabin

Munds Park is beautifully place to stay. Heather has very cozy place. It has everything you need. It very clean. We where hit with snowstorm during our stay, and every time we called Heather with information or questions, she immediately responded. Actually, snow storm made our vacation more adventurous . We had a great time!

It was excellent. Everything was neat and clean, the location was perfect for the golf tournament we were there for. I am wondering if I could have left my book there, it is very special to me. If we go up there again we would love to rent it again. Thank you very much.

The quiet getaway!

The cabin is in a very quiet area. It was very clean and up to date. The owners had everything covered for all possible scenarios. They even had card and board games in case you got home early from your outing and needed something to do. They also had extra toothbrushes and other hygiene products you might have forgotten. They owners were great!

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved the cabin! Comfortable beds, great water pressure and hot water (some places are lukewarm and I am a hot shower taker), very well stocked kitchen, clean and organized, safe, quiet location. Loved the half bath in the master. Easy off/on highway, close to Sedona and Flagstaff. We unfortunately got snowed in because all of the highways closed from so much snow, but we were able to grab some extra food from the gas station and the cabin had a ton of channels and streaming services as well as games to keep us occupied. It was warm and cozy. Had an efficient plow service that came and dug us out of almost a foot of snow. Only one restaurant in town was consistently open (we were there in March) and it was okay, but again so close to Flagstaff for food and we would hike farther south and just have dinner before we went back. Overall an amazing value for the money and Heather is top notch and a great communicator! Absolutely fabulous stay!!

Sister Get away

The cabin was very tastefully decorated. Clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was just what we were looking for. We enjoyed sitting on the dec/patio listening to the wind blowing through the trees. Just delightful! I would definitely stay again.

Lovely Cabin Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute and cozy cabin. We came to visit Sedona and used this as our home base. The King bed was so comfortable and the decorations were very cute. The hosts provided all the basic necessities, including extra towels, throw blankets, and several kitchen items and spices. The house is very comfortable. Nice living room with TV and sofa as well as a recliner, dining table, and full kitchen including a dishwasher. There was also a TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs have streaming services available. The master bedroom has a really nice half bathroom in it (sink and toilet only) and that came in really handy when one of us was using the shower in the main bathroom. There's also an outdoor dining deck with table and chairs.Shopping options are limited near the house since it's in Munds Park. There are 2 gas station convenience stores about 5 minutes away. Flagstaff is about 20 minutes away and Sedona took about 45 minutes to reach (both of these have big markets). The area is a small, forest neighborhood and there is very little space between neighbors. We got lucky and stayed during a time when few of the neighbors were home, but once we did have neighbors, they were very close. That being said, we rarely saw anyone. Take advantage of the trails in Munds Park! The hosts also provide a very thorough Welcome Guide that includes lots of helpful recommendations. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would love to come back again!

Perfect Location for Visiting Flagstaff

Great location about 15 minutes south of Flagstaff and close to the I-17. We drove up from Phoenix to enjoy some cooler weather, and this cabin was the perfect option for my adult family of 3. It was a quick trip, so we didn't take advantage of most of the amenities the property offered, but it was well stocked and very cozy. Easy and prompt communication with the host.
