It is located a few blocks from the Indian Canyon Public two golf courses and Indian Canyon's Country Club. Also nearby are Palm Springs popular spots like Koffi. The owners obviously care and are involved in their property. The location is great and we loved the little touches like the touch free trash bin and the cushions on the patio furniture. The unit would greatly benefit from new toilets and mattresses.

Great Palm Springs condo

Nicely appointed 2-bed, 2-Bath condo in south Palm Springs. The condo is steps away from a nice pool & laundry facilities. There are also 2 tennis courts on the property. The only downside was the check in process with Oranj. We waited in line for 30 minutes to collect the keys at the appointed time and then we’re told the condo would not be ready for 2 more hours. Other than that, all worked out great & I would recommend this property.
