Very easy beach access. Inside of the condo was great but the outside was not as nice as expected. The front lawn outside was overgrown with weeds like the grass hadn’t been cut. There was construction going on during our stay which was loud and not a very pretty sight. The building is generally not in great condition. However the host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This was such a cute place! Right on the beach and we were able to watch two launches from the cape. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a bonus wagon to take them to the beach! The pool area was clean and the water clear and warm. Convenient to restaurants and stores. We would stay again!

Great location and perfect for toddlers

Great location easy walk to the beach

The property owners were very responsive and took care of any concerns quickly to allow us to get right back to relaxing on vacation. So close to the beach, it was wonderful to be able to be so close for early morning or late night walks on the beach.

Family Trip to Cocoa Beach

It was just my mom and I in this unit, we had other family members rent multiple units throughout The Diplomat and we truly enjoyed the stay! The beach is so close and conveniently located to both enjoy the water and see rockets take off from the Cape!

Amazing location

My sister and I stayed a week in the beach condo and couldn’t have been happier with the location and comfort of the condo. Nicely decorated, well-maintained, everything we needed was supplied, beach towels, chairs, etc. kitchen was well-appointed. Nice amenities - pool, bocce, shuffleboard, even has a pickleball court!

Great Family vacation

This was a comfy home away from home. The location to the beach was PERFECT! We had everything we needed. The inside was so clean. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. On the beach and close to stores! Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!
