The house was in depolrable condition. Appliances were falling apart, an very obvious leaking roof, extremely dirty dust everywhere, hadnt been cleaned in what looks like at least a year. The two downstairs bedrooms had a strong odor of rodents. And when i turned on the shower brown water ran down the wall. I was promptly refunded by the owner and had to do a last minute booking on another rental platform as there wasnt any availability through this one.

This house is much bigger than it appears. The kitchen was well stocked and the house clean. Two of the rooms had split air units and all the rooms had ceiling fans so we were very comfortable. You definitely need to rent a jeep with the house because the last road/driveway to the house is extremely rough and you’ll need the jeep. The view from the house is breathtakingly beautiful. The drive from the airport is about 45-60 minutes. The house had several water toys/snorkeling gear and a home gym. If you are expecting an American-style hotel this house is not this level, but for the Caribbean it was really nice. Mike the host is slow to respond but eventually answers all your questions. Once we stared communicating with his wife she responded quickly.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very quiet and The view is very nice. It’s not uncommon to see dolphins in front of beach when having morning coffee. Altho can be accessed by regular car, SUV is recommended.
