House (for 6 people), fully renovated June 25. Fully equipped (summer/winter), with terrace overlooking the sea and wood stove, on enclosed grounds shared with the house in front which is rented. A 10-minute walk from the centre, it's ideal for strolling along the coastal path, going to the beach, and enjoying water sports and the region's rich heritage: salt marshes, Pornic (thalassotherapy, casino), the museums of St. Nazaire and Nantes... This house comprises: - a living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided) and a dining area (open-plan kitchen) opening onto the large terrace. - a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room. - a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a mezzanine (stair gates) with two single beds. A bathroom and two toilets are located next to it. Baby cot available on request. Contact the concierge for arrival time (number provided upon booking confirmation). In July and August, arrivals and departures are on Fridays. Key box available. Pets accepted by prior arrangement with a €10 supplement per day. Any excessive electricity consumption will be reported and may incur charges. Rubbish bins must be put out on Monday evening, regardless of your arrival day. The garden is divided in two. The entrance is shared with a right of way along the side to access the rear house. The house in front is also available for rent. The house is located on the unpaved coastal path, which is only open to residents. At the Eléovic campsite, turn around and go around the war memorial, then, facing the sea, turn left at low speed onto the path. You can park two cars in the garden in front of the house. However, for greater convenience, we recommend parking your second vehicle 150 metres away, around the war memorial.
