Located in a cul-de-sac, this charming 95 m² house offers you a peaceful setting just 15 minutes on foot or by bike from the beaches and the city centre by greenways. You will also find in the immediate vicinity all the necessary shops, such as the bakery, the health centre open 7 days a week, the pharmacy, the tobacconist's shop and a supermarket.

It consists of:
Equipped kitchen: induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle, wok, pressure cooker, washing machine.

Living room: with TV, internet and private WIFI.

Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed with cupboard and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed with cupboard and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: two single beds or a 180 cm king bed.

2 Bathrooms: with shower or bathtub.

Large terrace: with garden furniture, parasol, sunbeds and barbecue.

New outdoor relaxation area: with installation of a rigid spa.

Garage: to shelter bicycles.
