We had a great stay here with our two young kids. The home was safe, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a family. Conveniently located close to town and the beaches.

Our family enjoyed our time at this house. Unfortunately, we did have some electrical issues at both the start and end of our trip, but the host was great about communicating through these and working with us the best she could. Overall, the house was clean, had plenty of space, and was close to all the things we wanted to do. Thank you!

Perfect for family weekend

Perfect for multiple families with kids. Melissa was wonderful host and trip exceeded our expectations. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows were!

Great for a family getaway

Stayed here with our kids and grandkids for a long weekend. House was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Nice neighborhood and about 5 minutes from Lakewood Park which had a great beach after a bit of a climb over the dune.

Wonderful family vacation

Perfect spot for family trip! All 9 of us stayed comfortably and the house is close to both Holland and Saugatuck with a quiet neighborhood feel. Would 100% return.

The house was clean and inviting. We were in town for a wedding, and they were able to accommodate our need for an early check in which we really appreciated. The house had plenty of space and bedrooms and the house was located in a quiet neighborhood. We will defiantly stay again if we have a need in the area!

Great house. Everything you need was available to cook, clean, ext. Foosball table was a huge hit as we traveled with all the kids ages 12-24 :)

Nice Location

Nice quiet neighborhood location. We were specifically looking to be in that area and found the location convenient. The beds were comfortable and house very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and we grilled too. Host provided clear instructions and all went smoothly.

Great Family house!

Our family stayed here while visiting in Holland. It was great for my married kids and grandkids and our teenager had the basement area to himself! The kitchen was stocked with spices, foil, sandwich bags, etc which was very nice! Beautiful house and we enjoyed the fire pit one evening.

Melissa is an excellent host, flexible and responsive to our questions and needs. The home is very well stocked from the kitchen area, laundry room to paper and cleaning products. Beds are comfortable, linens are plentiful and nice quality. There was one issue with backyard seating and Melissa responded positively to our report. If you are mobility impaired, you should know that the stairs to the upper level are narrow and steep; we had someone who used a walker and that was a challenge for him to navigate; that is our unique circumstance though and not applicable to most. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

The property is beautiful, great location, and SPOTLESS. If you’re a clean freak, this one’s for you. Loaded with thoughtful extras and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The nearby Saugatuck Dunes State Park has a hike to the beach that is an easy walk worth every step! 10/10

July 4 weekend

Location was very nice and the layout was pretty conducive to a nice, low key family and friends get together. Unfortunately the second bathroom had a clogged sink and slow draining shower that was far from ideal. The property manager was responsive to messages, but with the holiday weekend we just had to tolerate limited access to a functioning second bathroom sink. The best thing about this property is the location, which was great. They have a nice, modern washer and it was nice to have beach towels supplied as well.

Wonderful long weekend with family

We really enjoyed our stay in Holland! The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets and plenty of towels. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We hiked the dunes close by, had a pizza picnic at Holland State Park beach (Crust Pizza was delicious), played pickleball (we found three options for public play), walked around downtown Holland, spent a day at the beach and enjoyed playing games and hanging around the house in the evenings. We had to drive everywhere but it wasn't a big deal. I would highly recommend this home!

Spacious Holland Stay

We stayed in this home over New Year’s. There was plenty of space for our two families with 5 kids combined. The house had a great kitchen, cute yard, and was outfitted with everything we could have possibly needed. The kids took over the basement which was so nice for the adults. We had a little mishap with the door code and got locked out. The host, Melissa was available right away and was very courteous and helpful. The house is really close to the delicious Paisley Pig and about 12 minutes from downtown Holland. Highly recommend staying here.

Our family was in town for a family wedding. It was a wonderful place to stay. My family especially enjoyed the large living room where we could comfortably gather together in one space. This property is also very close to Holland and easy to access Saugatuck as well. Highly recommend this property.

We came in with family of 6 adults and one toddler for family reunion. The house was large enough to accommodate the family comfortably and appreciated the large table for all to eat at or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and drawers were labled which was really convenient. The location was great, being in a very quiet neighborhood and close to both Saugatuk and Holland which was important to me. I would highly recommend this home if any one is visiting the area.

Even better in person!

This property was perfect for us to visit our daughter for family weekend at Hope College (less than 15 minute drive away). There were 5 adults and 1 teenager. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sleep. The place feels bigger in person than it did in the pics. Super clean. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed to have everything we needed if we wanted to. Love that there were multiple TVs. We took advantage of the fire pit outside which was wonderful. The deck off the kitchen with the string lights was great too to enjoy the morning coffee and the evenings, since the weather was so great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us!

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! The house was just perfect for us. We were three kids and three parents in town for a sailing regatta. It was fantastic to be able to cook meals at the house. The basement had a spacious room for the kids to hang out and watch TV while the adults relaxed upstairs. The house was extraordinarily clean. Thank you again!
