There was plenty of room, clean, and in a great area. I wasnt sure if there was A/C so it was pretty warm during the day, but we were put and about for most of our trip, so no big deal.Thank you for hosting!

Great home for friends. A little tired but did the job

I enjoyed the space It was difficult getting to the mountain due to the location of the bus The place was generally clean outside of peeling paint on and a few dirty dishes I would stay there again with friends

Aspen Holiday

The layout for the property is great but it could use some updating. The beds in the lower level had hair in the bedding. There was a stain on the comforter. The carpet in the den was not cleaned properly. The dishes were not either. There is one functioning TV on the main floor. Hot tub was not useable. I was very disappointed especially for the price will not go back or recommend it.

Spacious but uncomfortable

The house was spacious and in a great location, but we ran into many issues while staying there. The icemaker in the freezer of the refrigerator didn't work and random things were broken throughout the house. There were no ice trays in the freezer, so when we reached out to Vacasa about no ice they told us to go buy a bag of ice, however they did refund a tiny portion of our stay because of it. Floors in the kitchen were sticky so we had to wear shoes, and the cleanliness in general wasn't great. Very old furniture and decor, so everything was dusty. A couple of people got accidentally locked out on the patio twice during the stay, and one of the times they had to crawl down from the balcony to free themselves because there are no stairs. The twin beds downstairs were uncomfortable and the sheets were "terrible" from what I was told. When we went to start a load of laundry when leaving, the detergent was extremely watered down which is concerning for sanitary reasons. The Vacasa team was easy to work with and quick to help, but the house itself was not very comfortable to stay in.

Difficult to Say the Least

This house has plenty of space. It also has alot of issues. Vacasa did not tune in during our stay and have not heard from them after. We stayed for a week 8/14 thru 8/21, 2002 and didnt have another option or we would have left. The hot tub is out of order. The previous people have left all their belongings in the dressers and closets. Several broken knobs, door larches etc. took pics so we arent made responsible. The previous tenant had left garbage in garage. There was not enough towels for the 6 people staying, housekeeping did finally bring more. The biggest fustration was communication with Vacasa, they say they will get back to you in 24 hours from the 800, and 888 #s, and then text number has quicker response time, yet just got alot of lip service and no action. Asked for some kind of compensation and have heard nothing from them. I feel like Vacasa just takes the money and runs. It cost 5600.00 for our time there and it was very frustrating to say the least.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Aspen. The host and management company were extremely efficient and excellent communicators — they provided all the details we needed and made everything seamless from start to finish. The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. While the decor is a bit dated, it was easy to overlook given the size of the home and its beautiful location in Aspen. Overall, a great experience and a fantastic spot for our getaway.
