Great Place

Elizabeth was great and very responsive. This place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We could walk to restaurants, shopping, breweries, and a distillery. It's a good location and place to stay.

Nice little place

Overall this was a nice place, clean, easy check-in, close to great restaurants, bars, and downtown. I had no direct communication with the host even after I messaged them to inform them that we had to cut our trip short due to a death in the family. To get no acknowledgment at all was surprising and disappointing.

Perfect Location

If you are looking for a convenient spot where you can walk to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. look no further! The host was also very easy to communicate with! The house also was stocked with all your needs!

Gem of a place and handy!

Loved this little house. Great location. Perfect set up in an area within walking distance to restaurants and easy driving around Denver and beyond. Hosts were very helpful and always responsive in case of questions. Nice to have parking, too!

On the small side but enough space for our family of five for two nights. Walking distance to restaurants, etc. location may not be best suited for younger children, but great for adults.

Home in Denver

Property met our needs. Somewhat smaller space than we anticipated but OK. Parking for one car, the other needed to park on the street, nearby. The neighborhood was close to restaurants and interstates for travel. Somewhat sketchy neighborhood activity and noise at night.

Quick pre-Christmas Getaway

Had a great, short trip to Denver! The house had all we needed - plus coffee with to-go cups. It was close, i.e. walking distance to some great places (Snooze, DBC, Voodoo Doughnuts), and only a quick hop to other restaurants, shops, etc. When back in Denver and in need of a quick overnight or couple day trip, I'll definitely check on availability!Thanks!

Little Gem of SoBro

If you need a convenient spot near South Broadway’s bars, restaurants, boutiques and other shopping, this is a great place. We enjoyed all of what SoBro had to offer. Very easy to find and check-in/out was super smooth. Thank you for the simplicity!

Long Weekend in Denver

We stayed for 3 nights. Three adults and two teenage boys. The place suited our needs. We basically needed a place to sleep, shower and have breakfast each day before headed out. Location was close to downtown, quick Uber ride.It was a bit unusual entering the place from the alley.

This unit was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed with the exception of the TV. In order to use it we had to sign into our amazon account and then when we did, we got a notification saying the TV would store our amazon info. We opted not to do that for obvious reasons, but then we just had no TV. My husband wasn't too happy. We didn't wander around too much in the area as we had other plans around other parts of Denver, but when we did walk around it was a little run down. Lots of homeless people and somewhat sketchy and dirty. Everything is definitely in walking distance, including the grocery store, so thats a huge plus. But since we didn't know the area (we're from out of state) we just booked based on price and reviews. I probably wouldnt stay here again because of the area, but overall it's a nice place and very affordable. Host also does not make you do any of the ridiculous cleaning regimens like others do. You just leave, and they clean- as it should be.

Great Experience, Would do it Again!

We couldn't be happier with the opportunity to enjoy our vacation in such a great part of town! Plenty of different and unique eateries mixed in among interesting shops and excellent music venues! When not out and about, their offering felt homey and provided a nice opportunity to relax in between adventures. The bedrooms were comfortable with ample storage for our clothes and accessories and the bathroom was perfect for our needs (even with four of us). Shower was warm, and they provided plenty of towels. There's also a washer and dryer , which came in handy at the end of the trip (it's so nice to be bringing clean clothes home). We also took advantage of the kitchen for breakfast every day, and even had a dinner (which, with a family of four can help save $ for other opportunities). Clean-up was a breeze with the dishwasher. Check-in was seamless, as was check-out. Their simple requests were what one could reasonably ask of any house guest. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Being more of a country-folk kind of family, I was a little apprehensive of staying “in the city”. However, this was an ideal location for visiting my daughter who moved to Denver a few years ago, so I could not pass it up. If walking is not an issue, you will be fine. Like vintage clothes? You can find a number of boutiques to scratch that itch. Food? So many choices. Nightlife? Many places stay open past 9 pm. There are also familiar places nearby- Walgreens & Taco Bell.Shifting back to the house- it is small, but not too small. It sits in a back-alley of sorts, and we did have some traffic back and force at times. The bedrooms were decently-sized and had closet space. We hung around the living room when we were not exploring or day tripping. The AC worked very well! We spent a short amount of time on the back patio and found it pleasant. We prepared a few meals in the kitchen and everything worked just fine.Get used to hearing sirens- the hospital is not far away. You will probably see some eyebrow-raising things from time-to-time if you stroll along Broadway, but we never felt scared. City dwellers will no doubt find it normal, maybe even tame.When we visit again, this will be the first place we will check!
