This is an adorable cottage located with your own private garden in a quiet, residential neighborhood, walking distance to town and beach. It is newly built in 2021 and furnished in a comfortable, updated style with calming colors to enhance a relaxed vacation mood.

What makes this property unique

This cottage has its own washer, dryer and laundry sink ... and with frequent trips to the beach, that is a definite plus! On-site, assigned parking is another plus, as well as high speed WiFi for work or play. The cottage is set up for pets and has a 4'x10' kennel, as well as a fully fenced, secure yard for fido.
