Great Location, very spatious and beautiful place

Very large space with lots of room for your friends and family. Near everything including town and mountains. I recommend this to anyone looking to travel to Frisco, Breck and nearby locations.

Best place off Main St., Frisco. Beautifully appointed home with everything you could possibly need. We loved the home so much that we skipped one of the days we had planned to ski just to be able to hang out and enjoy this place. They have taken great care to provide all the comforts and conveniences you need. Location and mother mature do the rest. It would be hard to stay anywhere else in the future. Give yourself enough time to spend at least one day just hanging out and enjoying the place.

Fabulous location and views in Frisco, every bedroom has a bathroom

Nicest vacation rental for us in several years. Main floor is one level up, spacious, kitchen sized for multiple cooks, lots of appliances & wine fridge. Master on top floor, balcony with 4-person hot tub, views of Lake Dillon. First floor is 2 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Below (ground level) is a garage, great in ski season so now snow falls on car. It's on Main Street but set back a half block and shaded by trees and a small park. I think condo sleeps 10 including pullouts. It's good for big families or 3 couples, each has a bathroom.

Great location and lots of space

This was a good location for our family with 4 young adults. We were able to walk to dinners, breakfast and shopping. A quick 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. I’m not sure if the listing still says steam shower, but it doesn’t work. Also, we booked partially due to the hot tub and as other reviewers have noted it isn’t even close to being warm enough. The water was colder than bath water which was disappointing. Other than that, the space was nice.

Wonderful location!!!! Great for families and couples

Wonderful location to downtown! Lots of places to visit in walking distance. Large areas for groups, nice to have individual bathrooms and the powder room, views from the decks were nice. Kitchen/bathrooms was very well stocked. The building has a lot of stairs, so if that is a problem, be aware. Furniture is pretty old, couches not comfortable, drawers fall out when opened, pillows were not comfortable in any of the rooms. The house could have been cleaner, so much dust on all the blinds, the table had lots of old stuff stuck in it, the hot tub was very cloudy (we choose not to use). We choose to overlook some of these items and had a lovely 3 nights stay.

Our Third Stay Here

We love the location and the space of this property! The views are beautiful! We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was cloudy and had a funny smell, but the smell dissipated when we took off the lid to use it.The reason I did not give this property an overall 4 or 5 was because when we got there it was extremely warm, the thermostat was turned to 84. When we tried to open windows, several windows would not open. The windows in one of the bedrooms would not close completely ever. The bed in the master bedroom broke when my son was just sitting up from sleeping (luckily no one was hurt). The manager did respond quickly and they had a working bed to sleep in that night. I guess what I am trying to say is it seems like the place is in need of some care.Maybe it is because we stayed in this unit in 2015 ( I think) when everything worked and there was a wonderful steam shower that worked. I am not sure if we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay! The kitchen and dining area was spacious as well as the bedrooms. We had plenty of room for two families. There are plenty of stairs since the rooms are on multiple levels, but that just helped us burn off all the restaurant food we had been eating. The condo is just 1 block off of Frisco's main street, so the location is perfect. The only downside is that we felt the wood floors needed a good scrubbing instead of the sweeping they probably just get from the cleaning crew, but other than that, things were very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house but some features not included

The house was amazing but the fireplaces, garage, steam shower and heat did not work or were turned off. Several phone calls to Vacasa did not help. We were told the house did not have these features. Even though they were mentioned in the listing. It took 2 days to get an answer on how to turn up the heat. It was 40 degrees outside. We were told to use the thermostats on the walls. Which did not work. Finally found one that worked on the main level. Again more of a Vacasa issue with responding with actual answers that help fix the issue. Also frustrating with parking and enjoying the features we expected from the listing.

Poor management communication, and don't get in the hot tub

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was gorgeous and conveniently located. The pre-trip communications were fantastic, and the unit was in good working order. Despite much of the trip being excellent, after several days we did begin to have concerns about the hot tub's cleanliness. The tub had a faint odor, and after several days four people in our party began to develop what would ultimately be diagnosed as 'hot tub folliculitis', which is a skin condition that occurs when hot tubs aren't regularly cleaned. Four separate people were treated for the skin condition (it features many small, red abrasion-like all over the body). I've been contacting the management company for the last week but have received a pathetic response: the co. blames local management and insists they will contact me (they haven't). This has been extremely disappointing given the nature of what occurred - it doesn't feel as if they're taking this serious. Until the management team improves (i.e. starts) communication and ensures the hot tub is maintained to it's stated weekly standard, I can't in good conscience recommend anyone stay here.

Not what we expected, very disappointed

We were so excited to have this rental, had carried it over from 2020, because of COVID-19. Had to pay extra, even though they had kept my deposit an entire year. I was told I could "split the fee on different credit cards", then when the time came, I was informed it had to be the same last name on the cards...what's the point!!! We had three different friends splitting the cost. So, one person ended up paying it in full. When we arrived, it had a musty smell (we actually hung car air fresheners around door knobs), dust on furniture (desks), dust bunnies under furniture, no toilet paper, Kleenex or "starter" necessities. There was not a single portable fan in the entire house. There was a used towel still hanging in bottom floor bathroom. The window cranks were broken, with masking tape trying to hold together. The downstairs walk in shower had loose adjusting hardware and would either freeze you or scald you. The tv in the downstairs bedroom had NO service. The upstairs suite walk-in shower had black mold on the ceiling. Dishes and utensils had to be rewashed before using...dirty. The last day, when we decided to leave, our door code would not work and after 2 hours of texting, we could not get back into the house! Will not rent this unit again and will not use this company in Frisco again.

Needs some TLC but a nice place

CONS: * VACASA gave us the wrong door code so we had to sit on the porch for awhile trying to get that figured out. Thankfully someone finally helped after I texted. The call-in number is a run-around. The last thing you want to deal with after a long drive getting to the place. * The floors and kitchen surfaces are quite dirty. I would suggest a good deep-clean. * A higher quality bed in the upper suite would be nice as the one in there now must have a cheap frame or something. You can feel every move the other person makes. Very bouncy. * No opener for garage door: had to run up stairs to get inside then back down the stairs to hit the wall button to open the door. Giving us the door code would have been appreciated. * We knew there were lots of stairs and that was actually pretty cool having separate living spaces. But my parents who are in their 80's struggled a bit. Make sure everyone in your party is aware of it. * Had a few maintenance issues but Josh (he was great!) repaired most of them while we were there. * Could use more "information" and "instruction" guides (heated floor/TV's/hot tub) PROS: * The location was great. Loved being able to walk everywhere * Beautiful condo, although a little dated. It was perfect for us * Loved the sunroom. That was our most-used room * Enjoyed the balconies overlooking the mountains and lake * It was nice having 2 master suites. My parents took the 2nd floor to save them from the climb to the top, which we didn't mind * Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with several basic dry condiments and paper goods etc. They left some of the previous renters pantry items which was really nice. * Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. It was nice that we didn't have to do laundry too often * Garage was nice, but no opener was provided. Overall this was a great place and we would stay again. Hopefully some of the cleaning issues will be resolved. We appreciate the owners opening up their home to us.

Fantastic location for a hot time in Frisco

Second time staying at the Marina Park Penthouse. Great location and views from the upper deck. Frisco was unseasonably warm during our week. Would have been nice to have a few fans to pull the cool air in at night to cool the house. Would definitely rent again.

Great place for 6 adults and 3 toddlers

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was a perfect size for our 3 families that stayed. The only downfall was that the floors were very dirty/dusty.

Perfect Location for Mountain Vacation

We had a great stay at Marina Park in Frisco. The condo had great views of the mountains, plenty of space for our two families and all the supplies and conveniences we needed. We especially liked the great room and hot tub on the top floor. The best part, however, was the location -- a short walk to many restaurants, shops and hiking/biking trails. We will be back!

Beautiful Getaway

This house was perfect in all aspects. Close to Breck for skiing, walking distance to local establishments and perfect for nights in. Property manager answered all questions in a very timely manner and the house was spotless.
