Magnificent views over the sea and the port of Cavalaire, you will enjoy its south/west exposure and appreciate the sunsets. Swimming pool 12x5 with flat land and terraces around the villa in a garden planted with trees. The villa has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs, a lounge, a dining room and an independent fitted kitchen. Shops within walking distance (400 metres): bread, groceries, etc. Ample parking in front of the villa gate and parking for 3 cars inside the villa.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, obwohl die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.Leider sind von den 5 Schlafzimmern nur 3 mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, ein Zimmer ist sehr klein und ein weiteres ist im Keller/Waschküche/Garage-Bereich ohne Badzimmer oder Sanitäranlagen. Dies hat den Aufenthalt bei 38 Grad für die beiden Gäste in diesen zwei Zimmern nicht sehr angenehm gemacht.

Bonjour Nicole, c’est la première fois que nous avons un tel avis et nous allons en tenir compte puisque nous faisons installer la climatisation dans les 5 chambres et construisons la 5e salle de bains. Tout d’abord il n’y a pas de chambre au sous-sol, ce sont toutes des chambres avec des portes fenêtres qui donnent sur le jardin - la terrasse en pierre ou des balcons. Notre gouvernante vous amené le jour même un climatiseur supplémentaire et des ventilateurs “Dyson” sur colonne. Durant cette semaine caniculaire nous avons pris soin de vous avec notre femme d’ouvrage pour changer vos draps dés que nécessaire et vous laisser gratuitement la villa une journée de plus. J’espère que nous aurons l’occasion de vous recevoir à nouveau vous serez toujours la bienvenue 🙏.
