It is spacious, bright and perfectly designed to accommodate groups.

The house has:
- a large living room with lounge/dining room
- a large fully equipped kitchen (former restaurant kitchen)
- 4 independent double bedrooms (WC/shower room)
- 1 independent quadruple bedroom (WC/shower room)
- a large garden with deckchairs, garden furniture, ping-pong table, hammock, barbecue, plancha.

It is possible to add 2 extra-beds of 80cm in 2 of the double bedrooms (recommended for children or teenagers).
The maximum capacity is 14 people.

The house is fully equipped. Beds made on arrival.

The house is located 300m from the lake, 500m from the centre of the village of Soustons.
Large private parking.
Bicycles, canoes, ping-pong table available.
