The rental property was charming and very clean. Includes a lot of amenities and was in a cute little townhouse community. Super close to Nashville downtown area. Nothing really in walking distance but everything was a short drive away. Hosts were super easy to communicate with and got answers immediately.

Great location that was close to all the places we wanted to visit in Nashville - Hillsboro, 12 South, Belmont, and even downtown/Broadway. The unit is nicely appointed and had just about everything we needed. It was nice to have dishwashing tabs, laundry supplies and a well-equipped kitchen. Check-in/out was easy and Rana was quick to reply to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what we needed. The host communicated so well before we arrived, and everything was just as advertised. If there were surprises, they were all good ones. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and you're close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. Plus, there's plenty of storage space for packing and unpacking, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very clean home Quiet locationGreat communication with hostNewly updated kitchen and bathroomsMany amenities like extra towels/blankets, TP and laundry detergent The only downside was uncomfortable living room furniture and quite noisy stairs. If you have light sleepers the stairs may disrupt sleepOverall a really nice stay for our family
