Holiday at Zindel

House, equippment and garden was perfect. Beautifull views, swiming pool with lighting for night... Like a paradise! I have been on the end of October at Zindel and we had one problem only - Mosquitoes! Very agressive and effective, ufortunatelly. Even some centipedes inside the house. They're looking not nice but I red in internet they're killing spiders and insects so OK. Anyway, maby in other year's season will be better :D

Lage Top! Ausstattung Flop!

Das beste zuerst: Die Lage und besonders die Aussicht sind erste Klasse. Kontakt mit Interhome auch sehr gut. Pool sehr schön. Mittelprächtig: Die Aussenmöbel funtionieren gerade so, schön sind sie nicht. Das Bad geht so. Geschirr von allen Haushalten alle Reste zusammengetragen, aber alles da. Ganz schlecht: Die Matratzen und die Wohnzimmermöbel sind aus den 1980er Jahren, total unbequem und verwohnt. Die Küche uralt aber geht so sauber. Der Kühlschrank riesig aber unglaublich laut, auch bei geschlossenen Türen immer zu hören. Dringend: Die Böden gehören richtig gesäubert. Tip, einfach mal mit einem feuchten Tuch über den Boden wischen dann weiß man hier ist Handlungsbedarf! Zusammenfassend, sollte der Besitzer einmal etwas Geld investieren, dann wäre das Anwesen top! So leider nicht mehr Zeitgemäß.

In die Jahre gekommen

Kücheninventar ist sehr alt und unvollständig. Für weitere Vermietung dringend eine Renovierung nötig! Alles war fettig, unappetitlich und muffig im ganzen Haus. Waschmaschine sehr zu empfehlen. TV funktioniert mehrheitlich nicht. Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt und unterhalten.

Sauberkeit

Grundsätzlich war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Nur die Sauberkeit hat mich gestört. Fenster, Spiegel, Boden, Geschirr, waren nicht schön anzusehen oder anzufassen. Hinter dem Gasherd lag (vermutlich schon Monaten)Besteck und Teile vom Herd die mit einer dicken Kruste Fett bedeckt waren. In Sachen Sauberkeit müsste noch nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Woche.

La maison est fonctionelle - la cuisine aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation . Lits confortables , il y a plein de rangements. La piscine est merveilleuse et très propre . La vue est fabuleuse ,la mer d'un cote , et le Montgo de l'autre . L'"urbanisacion"est très belle , très calme et propre . Très bon rapport qualité prix

Authentiek Spaans huis met leuk zwembad

Het zwembad is de meerwaarde van het huis, met fantastische mooie uitzichten. Het huis op zich kan een opfrissing gebruiken, basic qua inrichting. De tuin is wel omheind, maar hier een daar een lage muur waar een hond over of op kan. Veel niveauverschillen in de omgeving. Het huis is gelegen in een residentiële wijk.

Gute Sicht

Soweit sehr gut. Aber folgendes muss gemacht werden: Es muss dringend eine Waschmaschine da sein. An der Aussenterasse fehlen Schutzgitter auf der kleinen Mauer. Diese Mauer ist nur 40 cm hoch und dahinter gehts ca. 3-4 m in die Tiefe. Sehr gefährlich für kleine Kinder und Erwachsene, die gesundheitlich leicht angeschlagen sind.

Une vue magnifique depuis les terrasses , un vrai régal le matin au petit déjeuner. Extérieur et piscine superbes . Intérieur convenable même si plus tout jeune. Point négatif, l absence de machine à laver et les matelas franchement déplorables. Un très bon séjour malgré tout, le quartier de Balcon al mar est très agréable

Zeer aangenaam en propere woning met mooie tuis/zwembad. Vanop het terras en dakterras fantastische verzichten. Enkel de keuken was wat klein voor eten klaar te maken voor 4 volwassenen en erna de afwas te doen. Een apart toilet zou zekers een meerwaarde zijn

Ha sido una estancia perfecta, relajante. La piscina , la vista y el jardin maravillosos. Todo muy bien cuidado y limpio. Lo único incomodo han sido el sofá y las butacas y lo único malo es la TV que praticamente no se puede ver nada, ni canales españoles ni otra cosa que noticias en varios idiomas. Menos mal que el WiFi funcionaba bien y atraves de nuestro PC hemos podido ver Netflix. Experiencia para repetir, el lugar es precioso.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in een mooi huis met heerlijk zwembad. Gelegen in een rustige en prachtige omgeving. Stadje en strand in de buurt. Mooi uitzicht over bergen en zee, zeker een aanrader.

Casa vacacional

Casa vacacional con buenas vistas al Montgó y al mar. Piscina limpia y agradable. El personal que nos atendió nos solucionó todo lo que le comentamos y fue muy agradable y eficiente. El menaje y la ropa de cama eran un poco escasos y echamos en falta luz al anochecer en la piscina y exterior de la casa.
