Favorite part was that it was so close to the beach. I wish the pool had a heated option since it was a bit chilly the week we were there. The house was very clean but had some signs of wear that could be updated, but for the price we were still very happy with it!

The house had everything we needed and was perfect for a large group. LOVED being right on the beach. One of our group caught a hammerhead shark! Highly recommend.

The property location and easy access to the beach was perfect for our large family. The layout of the seating and dining was great and with easy viewing of the pool to watch the kids. We figured out that it is an older property but well maintained, but adding en-suite bathrooms eliminated closet space, not a big deal to us but a little inconvenient. The AC was perfect and the double dishwashers was a big plus for us since we cook all meals on Vaca. Another refrigerator would be nice.

The interior though decorated nice and welcoming was a lil worn which I get. The alarms were awful especially to my mom with Ménière’s. We had 3 giant roaches make an appearance which I also kinda understand. The deck was in great disrepair and in need some sort of shade on that navy color. The toilet in the middle hall bathroom continuously running which required attention. The location is perfect! Loved the beach and mom loved the screen porch but it was the opposite of welcoming. This was her wish and overall she was happy with the house but she was unhappy with the screen in porch as that was where she spent her time. The island dishwasher is not attached and fell forward when we tried to use it. We did enjoy our stay, the rooms were nice and the views incredible! We loved having a pool right there and it was clean. Ample amount of outdoor seating loved the big rockers. I liked the amount of towels provided. But for over 15,000 felt the pictures were not the reality of what you get and my mom was quite upset over that.

Wonderful vacation experience!

A beautiful vacation home! It was a perfect setup for our large family vacation. Beautiful views of the beach from the dining area. Loved the screened in porch. Our grandchildren especially loved swimming in the pool and then running right to the ocean to play. We watched dolphins every day, saw fisherman catching sharķs and stingrays. We all had a great time!

Amazing location close to the ocean.

Was an amazing time for the beach life. Very roomy, comfortable and very clean house. Would rent this place again hands down. Only thing would be nice to have hand rails going up the steps from parking area to the house. Other then that amazing place and worth every penny.

A heated pool and Gas Grill would be great. Please exterminate the house as rain was coming in, roaches/ water bugs started to take over residence.
