About this property

Comfortable, well-located T2, 5 mns walk from beach, town and port. Beautiful view.

The apartment on the ground floor of a detached house reserved for rent, with an external staircase to access it. It is greatly appreciated thanks to the proximity of the beach and the town of St Gilles les Bains: 5 minutes walk from the city centre with its shops and restaurants; and 7 minutes walk from the Roches Noires beach and the marina. The T2 is located in a residential area and above all benefits from a 180° sea view with secure parking.
The total capacity is 3 adult beds (or maximum 4 with the possibility of adding a bed). So 1 double bed 160 wide in an air-conditioned bedroom and 1 single bed 90 wide in the living room. Overall, the three-star "approved" classification ensures a good level of comfort
Bathroom (Italian shower) with washing machine; separate toilet; Living room with small well equipped kitchen, dining table, TV, 1 seater bed. Bed linen and towels provided (including beach towels).
NB: Holiday rental without the daily cleaning and cleaning service (daily maintenance being at the expense and under the initiative of the holidaymaker tenant who must, like any tenant, keep the premises clean and tidy by himself).
