Restored 1840s home located in a quiet, private neighborhood just a short walk or bike ride to Stonington Village and 5-min drive to Downtown Mystic, Amtrak Train Station, fitness facilities, Mystic luxury movie theater, and so much more! Want to grab a delicious coffee or smoothie before starting your day ? There is a fantastic coffee shop a 2-min walk away. Family pizza night? Also that same 2-min walk for a local favorite. This home is a perfect gathering place for up to six or cozy retreat for couple to get away. Spend your days shopping, visiting waterfront restaurants, local farmers markets and vineyards. Outdoor sports abound with access to tennis, paddle ball, sailing, paddle boarding, hiking, and local tourist attractions AND BEACHES!!! Home is spacious and bright with lots of character, beautiful wooden floors throughout, wonderfully decorated with a modern vibe and all the amenities one needs. Its open concept design makes it a great place to have fun and build everlasting memories. Large kitchen, and dining room with French doors out to deck for entertaining, inside or out. Enjoy the outdoors and variety of activities at home, on half acre of level lawn. All 3 bedrooms have very comfortable queen beds, with small deck off the master (peek view of harbor). Stonington is conveniently located half-way between Boston and New York City with easy access to I-95. Short drive also gets you to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos. We stayed at Blue Point House for 3 nights over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, very clean, well appointed, and is very conveniently located near both Stonington Burrough and downtown Mystic. Because of the time of year we didn’t make use of the yard but it’s a great size for hanging out or games like bocce, etc. We’ll definitely stay again if our plans take us back to the area.

Girls weekend

We had a great stay! Carlos was communicative and accommodating, and the house/property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We had a blast both at the house and in the surrounding areas. Thank you for the perfect spot to gather for a long weekend!

Lovely, clean home.

A lot of care went into this preparing this house for guests. Outdoor dining, a grill, bicycles, books and comfortable beds made it a great choice for our adult family. Highly recommend.

Really nice place

Great Spot for a Girls Getaway

This property was perfect for our annual girls weekend getaway. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly accommodating for the six of us. We had coffee & breakfast and later snacks on the deck every morning and evening. We also enjoyed a fire in the fire pit both evenings. we were a short drive or rideshare to Stonington, it’s quaint shops and wonderful waterfront restaurants and only a slightly further ride, maybe 10 minutes, to downtown Mystic. The property was also only a short distance to one beach and close to several other Rhode Island and Connecticut beaches. The owner was very easy to deal with and very accommodating our overall rating of this property is: LOVED IT!

Blue Point House

Blue Point House is the perfect Stonington/Mystic rental. It is located within a short drive from all the adventures this area has to offer: restaurants, beaches, and fun family excursions. Carlos is an amazing host who anticipated our every want or need. Yet the best part of this rental is Blue Point House herself. An updated 1800 house with a great modern vibe. The yard offers anything you may want - early morning coffee with a sea breeze, fun afternoon yard games or a relaxing dinner under an amazing sky. Great house in a fantastic location

This was a very well-kept, modernly furnished and lovely home. The location was excellent. Almost directly on the water, just 6-7 minutes to the Velvet Mill and the beach and shops in historic Stonington. It was only 10 minutes from the shops and aquarium in Mystic. Also, just 20 minutes from the beaches and conversation area in Rhode Island. The house itself was great. Well appointed with an extremely large and well landscaped lot. It's on a quiet private driveway with a few other houses. The neighbors are all very frieldly. It's just a five minute drive to the local grocery store. The big surprise was all the great food in the area. We had some of the best meals there. Taquerio has excellent tacos. Koto has really good sushi. Noble smokehouse has great barbecue. The Dogwatch Cafe had really good seafood and sandwiches. We were not expecting food this good. We had a great stay and would definitely come back

Its location is superb! You will be able to walk, bike to shops, restaurants, Farmers' Market, Etc. Excellent place go go boating, kayaking, hiking, have your kids attend summer camps, enjoy Dubois Beach, Sandy Point, Napatree, Watch Hill beaches, etc. Also, you may want to engage in many of the sports/activities offered through the COMO such as tennis, paddle, pottery, painting, cooking classes and much more! Ideally located with close proximity to all Stonington, Mystic and Westerly attractions including Watch Hill RI. Short drive also gets you to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos!

Its location. You can walk to grab a bite to eat! The surroundings are beautiful and the property itself is great for relaxation. You will be able to decompress, sit by the pergola and enjoy your favorite coffee or cocktail while watching and hearing the birds.
