Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious yard you're still walking distance to the Nubble Lighthouse, take a private path to Dunne' Ice Cream or a nice stroll to Fox's family restaurant!! Enjoy the easy walk to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches. The house has the perfect amount of space to comfortably sleep 8 people as well as a wonderful yard perfect for games, entertaining or sipping your favorite drink while enjoying your vacation. First floor offers 3 bedrooms (two queens and two singles) and full bathroom. There is also an additional sitting room with TV and washer and drier. Second floor offers main living area with a living room with wonderful views of the Nubble Lighthouse, eat in kitchen and fully stocked kitchen. The fourth bedroom (queen) and a half bath. There is a lovely deck located just off the dining area allowing additional space for outdoor entertaining! This is your perfect home away from home rental house. Short Sands beach offers family fun and entertainment with an array of restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit the York's Wild Kingdom! Long Sands beach offers a longer beach coast but still has a few restaurants. York Beach Maine is in a prime location as you are one hour from Boston MA, the White Mountains and 45 minutes from Portland Maine. You'll be planning your next trip back to Maine before your vacation even ends.
