This is our second year staying with our friends group in this condo. We love the condo and location. Only recommendation is to add more outdoor seating. There are only 3 chairs and we have 8 people staying.

The condo was perfect…very clean and comfortable. Being right on the beach and having access to an indoor and outdoor pool was GREAT! The slide at the pool kept the kids entertained for hours. We had easy check in and easy check out. We definitely will consider booking here again.

Great stay for our 4 families! Travel size toiletries in all 3 bathrooms to get you started, and a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods as well. We did bring one skillet along which was helpful but everything else we needed was there (lots of plates, glasses, utensils) and we made several meals. Used the washer & dryer and it was fine too (dryer sometimes needed a restart to get completely dry). Loved the extra ice machine too! Overall, really great stay!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review of Phoenix Gulf Shores 1004. Glad it was a great fit for your four families and that the starter toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods, and well-stocked kitchen made things easy. Thanks for noting the dryer sometimes needed a restart — we’ll share that with our maintenance team. Happy the extra ice machine was helpful. We’d love to host you again.

The condo and facility is great. There were no issues with communication or accommodations. Great location for our interests. You can walk to many things. We were able to park 4 cars. This part of the beach is not a "sunset lovers" area.

For amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and towels, we do provide a starter pack to get you settled in, and the details of what’s included are outlined in the guest guidebook sent before check-in. We’ll make sure to review how we communicate this so expectations are clear, but we truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you had a nice stay overall.
