Welcome to Chai Claudette, an old charming cellar meticulously renovated to offer you modern comfort while maintaining its authentic character. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of La Flotte, this unique holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people.

You will be seduced by its beautiful living room with an exceptional ceiling height, offering a bright and spacious space to relax. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen TV, ideal for evenings with family or friends. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a central island and quality appliances, will be a real pleasure for cooking lovers.

The Chai Claudette has three elegant and comfortable rooms, perfect to guarantee relaxing nights in hotel quality bedding. With three modern bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their space and privacy. Among the three bedrooms, you will have two master suites equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm) including one on the ground floor, and one upstairs enjoying a plunging view of the living space. The parental suites are equipped, for one, with a double bed (160x200 cm), and, for the other, with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be combined into a double bed (160x200 cm). The third bedroom upstairs is equipped with two bunk beds (90x190 cm).

Outside, the heated square pool (from April to September depending on the weather) with moving bottom is ideal for swimming and to modulate the depth according to your desires, in paddling pool for the smallest or deeper pool (1.60 meters) for the largest. The enclosed garden offers a peaceful and safe environment for children. Garden furniture and deck chairs are perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the sun.

You can park your vehicle at the parking lot of Clos Biret located 200 meters from the cellar (parking for a vehicle included in the rental).
