We had an absolute blast staying all together as a family!! Cousins, Grandma and Papa loved being able to make breakfast all together and visiting the awesome surrounding attractions! The host was super helpful and kind! Will definitely recommend friends and family!
We went to Charlottesville for a surprise for my mom's 64th birthday. It was awesome. We were close to everything. It was so clean, smelled great. My family was super impressed with the way the house looked. I would definitely stay here again.
We were very happy with the accommodations. There is a lot of room and it was clean. I would recommend it to anyone. All three bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steeper than expected. We wished we had more time to enjoy the patio area.
We stayed one night, and was very surprised to find out that it was much more spacious then the pictures appear. Kitchen equipped with everything you would need and is high tech.
It was the perfect short stay for my mothers birthday celebration. Everything is as stated in the property description but wear and tear is starting to show. Missing artwork, limited kitchen and work being done as we left to protect sewer caps from renters running over them when parking.

Response from VrboOwner on 5 November 2023
Yes, some art had fallen off of the walls, and needed to be rehung. Yes, there were cleanouts at the exterior of the home that had been run over (and not reported).
Please keep in mind we are not only on VRBO but also on other home-sharing platforms that keep us fully booked throughout the month.
Scheduling maintenance can be tricky given the schedule of things.
All artwork is in the original place...cleanouts at the exterior of the home have been remedied as well as fortified.
This is not the first and will no doubt not be the last time we have to do continued maintenance of the property.
-Wear and tear will occur but everything in this review has been remedied and some.

Best,
