overall, it was a good stay the view was great and the property manager Christie was very helpful! however, the 2 bathroom sinks were not working properly( faucet seemed clogged so water weren’t coming out) the cushions on the chairs outside were very dirty/stained. nice house but needs attention/and maintenance.

Wonderful location on the river and very good accommodations. The host was very responsive and most helpful.If you plan on booking, take note that the unit has the funkiest thermostat where you gently slide your finger up/down along the right side to adjust the temp. Tap once and slide to change the mode.

The house provided a location on the river that had a beautiful view from the home. An easy walk down the back stairs to the dock provided an opportunity to make some casts to the beautiful Rainbow Trout rising in the river. The inside of the home had been remodeled and was very clean. The three bedrooms and pullout couches provided plenty of sleeping space.

Beautiful view, very spacious

It was the view that sold us. Having our morning breakfast looking over the river was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to run around in. The balcony was gated so no worries about the kids going down to the river. Would stay again!

Sacramento River Amazing View

We enjoyed our river stay. The views from entire back of the house and deck were amazing. There was an incredible storm during our stay. The water levels were at flood stages but we were well above the riverbanks and were able to avoid the flooding. We sat and storm watched and enjoyed the peacful home. highfrom the waterbank to avoid flooding.

Property management was available and accommodating.While the neighborhood is a bit questionable, the property is located right in the river. However, when I booked I didn’t realize that we would be sharing the house with a different tenant on the bottom floor and another occupying the garage. We were even expected to leave an outside door unbolted to give access to the laundry room, which had unrestricted access to our living quarters - not acceptable!The house appears to be sliding toward the river. There no bathroom door in the Master, so there’s effectively one bathroom if anyone else is in the Master. The Master shower is weird and there’s no water pressure in the Master sinks.The rental was in need of a deep cleaning. The upholstery was dingy. The sheets and towels were musty. The windows/screens and patio were grimy with dust and dead bugs. The dishes and pans had to be washed before use, and I found a beer can under the bathroom sink when looking for more towels.Overall, not what I would expect from a VRBO in this price range

Riverside Gem

The is spacious house on the river with a great view of the snow capped mountains to the right. Interesting master with the sink and walk-in sunken show and vanity all in the room with no separation and toilet room. Other than that the house and host were great.

Solid experience

Great view from the top balcony! And well maintained inside. Lots of spiders and flying critters in summer nights . Overall a good experience. I would go back but ask they cobb and clean the entries before arrival.

Our time in this very special property was amazing. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. Watching the river flow past with amazing views of an ecological reserve on the other side of the river and stunning views of Mt Lassen in the distance provided a tranquil experience both from the deck and inside the house. We played games and hung out late into the night. Ready to go back!
