If you're looking for a place in New Orleans that captures the city's charm, puts you within walking distance of practically everything, yet offers a peaceful place to sleep away from the nighttime noise, this is the perfect rental! Renee is an absolutely phenomenal host. From before our trip, throughout our stay, and right up until the end, she was wonderful. My wife and I travel frequently and have experienced the highs and lows of vacation rentals, and this was without a doubt a top notch experience! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and had exactly the New Orleans atmosphere we were hoping for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the home was equipped with all the essentials, along with thoughtful little extras you don't always think about when booking a rental. And the location WOW! We were minutes away from EVERYTHING!! Most of the best areas to hangout were only a 5 to 10 minute walk. After our second night, there isn't a single negative thing I can say about this home or our experience. If you asked me to picture the ideal New Orleans rental, this house would be exactly what I had in mind. There is even a cozy spot to sit outside, and all the neighbors and people that walk by are so friendly.Renee, thank you for such an awesome experience! You have a beautiful home, and we will absolutely be returning to New Orleans. When we do, I won't be looking at other rental other than this one!

Great place with a short walk to Frenchman and great live music. We were there for Jazzfest and even walked home from the festival one evening. Safe neighborhood and close to the best burgers - Slap Burger! Renee made check in a breeze and has a great book with lots of information.

Wonderful place. Got pretty lucky with parking except one day. Beds are very firm! If someone has back issues, may want a goose down to put on mattress. Very comfortable otherwise. It was fun watching the mules and carriages going in and out. The best neighbors across the street.
