Wonderful accommodations. Plenty of space and enjoyed our stay, even though it was cut short because of hurricane and mandatory evacuation. I like that the owner thought of every extra item needed in the kitchen and bath, felt like home.

This property at The Pelican Resort was perfect for our family of five! It was clean and had everything we needed! The kids loved how convenient it was to get to the pools and beaches. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean throughout with no major problems or issues during our stay. There were plenty of kitchenware, pots, pans and utensils that we, and I mean my wife, cooked a full course meal for the family. The view from the balcony, both balconies actually, was absolutely beautiful. So good we ate several meal on the balcony. Check in was very easy. The only reason I had to go to the front desk was to get a parking pass and wrist bans. Access to the beach was easy and very close. A couple of minutes from the condo and we were on the beach or at one of the many pools on the property. The location of the property was also right in the middle of everything. We left and went out a few times and everything we wanted to do or places we wanted to go were within a few miles making our vacation even more convenient and worry free. Overall, I was able to have an amazing week with my family because of an amazing condo and property allowing us to be worry free and enjoy our vacation.

I think the host does a great job; however, it was confusing getting notifications from the host and the management company.. the notices showed different times for check- in/ check out. The management company was not particularly friendly when checking in. Also, the amenities / starter items were less than stellar compared to a condo we rented in Pensacola Beach.The unit was as pictured and it was obvious that the owner takes pride in upscaling unit 1201 despite the overall property and operation being average. Lovely view and well equipped kitchen.

THE VIEW was breathtaking!! We couldn't get enough of it from the two balconies and floor to ceiling windows!! The condo too was beautiful and perfectly furnished!! The people at the resort were very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend this condo!!!

Beach view was unmatched! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The showers/tub had great water pressure, the ice machine worked, and most items were stocked that we needed (especially dishes). Easy access to the beach and plenty of things locally to enjoy. The onsite pools were plentiful. The gym was small but had all the necessities. I would book again 10/10! My family fit comfortably (2 adults & 4 children under 12 years old). My whole family enjoyed the trip.
