Large Kitchen and Dining Room to enjoy delicious meals. Lots of Outdoor Decking, Yard and Camp Fire Pit beside the Lake. Brand New Heating & Central Air Systems. Laundry available. Bring your own Kayaks and Fishing poles ( Pa Fishing License Required ). No Swimming allowed in Lake. We are One Mile to Liberty Mt Ski Resort & Golf Resort and you can see the slopes from the property. Local Restaurants less then a mile. We are 10 Miles to Historical Gettysburg Pa. Also Local Wineries, Catoctin Mt Park and Caledonia State Park only a few miles away.

Estate on a Lake

Large decorative home, the backyard contains a Fire Pit very close to the Lake. Great scenery & serenity! Close to variety of activities, we did hiking, frisbee golf, regular golf and close to Gettysburg.

Family Weekend

The house is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing in the lake from the backyard, kayaking, evening fires and the close proximity to Gettysburg was a plus. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay!

Great property with plenty of space to spread out. Nice fire pit and outdoor space too! Listing provides a very accurate description. Close to Gettysburg and the ski slopes.

The Lovely Lake House

The home was very lovely, and very well maintained. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy shared times and quiet reflections. The view of the lake is perfect from many rooms. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family Reunion

3 cousins and their spouses met here for a week-long reunion. The property was fantastic! Cleanest VRBO I've ever rented. Beautiful new furniture and decor, not the usual second-hand stuff! Lovely extras such as handsoap and toilet paper. Seating areas in many bedrooms such a nice touch. Incredible view right on the lake - we enjoyed bird and duck watching and fishing. Great firepit. Short drive to Gettysburg attractions. Close-by DG Market for grocery needs. Attentive Host. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Family Christmas Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this home for our family Christmas vacation! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully decorated and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect setting for our Christmas.The kitchen has everything needed to prepare our holiday meals, and we especially loved the large dining area where we could all gather together. The living room was comfortable and we spent hours playing games, watching Christmas movies, and making memories.The property has stunning views of the surrounding area and we especially liked watching the birds on the water. Overall, this was a perfect place for our family to celebrate the holiday. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to create lasting memories with loved ones.

Fantastic stay at Liberty Mountain!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home at Liberty mountain! Our son was married in Taney Town and we needed a home close to both Gettysburg and Taney Town ! We found this absolute gem! It was spacious, spotless and had a great view! The beds were comfortable! The kitchen fully stocked and a driveway large enough for 4 cars! The check in was seamless and communication was easy, I could not recommend this property enough! It also has two living spaces ! One downstairs and one upstairs! It was the perfect layout for our group! It has a fire pit outside that was fun to sit by in the evening!!

Great Family Christmas

If I could, I would give more stars! We had an overall fantastic time. The house is beautiful and great and accomodated our family in so any ways...in the common areas as well as the private areas. But that cannot begin to compare to the time and attention of Trish. The weather was not cooperating...nor the electricity...but she kept us informed of changing conditions and let us know that she was available. It was truly a memorable Christmas for us.

This house is breathtaking!!! Plenty of bed rooms and bathroom’s…house is beautifully decorated the fire pit on the lake, watching the ducks and geese. Perfect ! We are couples from Md, NJ, and Ohio…. We all loved this house, we were happy to show our friends Gettysburg and bonus to watch the filming of the new movie !! Highly recommend, perfect !

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view! Everything was absolutely lovely. I interacted by phone with the owner and she was kind and helpful. The kitchen is well supplied with items that are sturdy and usable—cooking was a joy. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful, restful, peaceful Week!!

From beginning to end...check-in to check-out we had the most fantastic week of family bonding and fun. The house is perfect for family gathering and creating memories. We have always come at Christmas before but wanted to spend a little more time with our family. And this week did not disappoint and we all agreed that the time went just too fast! Loved the whole atmosphere.

Had a great time. The home is super nice and clean can’t recommend it enough. Beautiful neighborhood and a short easy drive into Town and to attractions with few intersections to navigate . And if you like sitting around out buy a lake and listening to the ducks and geese then this is the getaway for you. It was quiet and peaceful. Also even though we didn’t use it there is a fire pit in the back yard and a house on the way to Gettysburg with a long driveway that had probably eight wheelbarrows full of wood for ten dollars a wheelbarrow not far down the road.
