With 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms, this lovely ocean view retreat will accommodate up to 6 guests with a king in the primary bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. The primary bedroom and living room both have access to the balcony, which has a southern ocean view as well as bird's eye view toward the west - overlooking the resort.

Access several on-site dining options by walking through the Royal Palms lobby and into the Hilton Hotel. The Shores Marketplace is perfect for coffee and a pastry or grab a quick snack, gift for someone back home. The Hilton also offers several indoor / outdoor dining and cocktail options.

Step outside and relax with your feet in the sand or enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach. Perfect for family beach trips, ladies getaway, men's golf outing or just about anything. You won't want to miss out on the opportunity to enjoy Carlos and Terry's at the Royale Palms. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is available for $15/day; free parking is not included.

Private Rental Exclusions
Guests may use the outdoor pool (seasonal) at the Royale Palms Tower during their stay. However, the Hilton hotel pools, Embassy Suites complex splash park, other resort pools and fitness center are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Motorcycle and trailer parking is limited and available on a first come-first served basis.
