Lovely 3 Bedroom Townhouse , perfect for skiing

Relax at this beautiful Townhouse with amenities on premise (ski lift, indoor pool, tennis courts); perfect for families during ski season! This is a minimum one month rental. A renovated condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the beautiful community of Lakeridge, near Torrington, Connecticut. We are just 2 1/2 hrs from New York City, and are surrounded by beautiful hiking, skiing, lakes and farms in Litchfield County. There are many activities for adults and children on the premise of Lakeridge like it's own ski lift and small mountain, indoor gym, pool, and tennis courts, horse stables and gardens, and a lovely small lake, Burr Pond. Not far from us are the ski resorts of Ski Sundown, New Hartford, CT (20 minutes) Mohawk Mountain, Cornwall, CT (35 minutes), and Butternut Ski, Great Barrington, MA (40 minutes).
The rental is for a minimum of one month, as is required by the Lakeridge management company. For the winter months total fee of $3,900 (per month) includes the rental , heating, electricity, wifi, and the amenities fee for 4 people to access the indoor facilities. There is an additional $700 security deposit. For access to the Lakeridge ski mountain, exercise classes, or reserving indoor tennis courts - there will be additional fees that I will explain in detail.
The summer months, the rental fee is $5,000 per month, with additional fees and security deposit (sent under separate cover).
The space is approximately 1,400 sq ft.

Why they chose this property

Our property's location within the community is one it's most desirable assets. In just a few minutes, you can walk to the East Lodge where the outdoor pool is located, as well as the outdoor tennis and pickle ball courts, and sports field. The townhouse itself was recently renovated and has hardwood floors on the first floor, a kitchen with a new fridge, new washing machine upstairs.

What makes this property unique

We love our home at Lakeridge and the community of friends and families here. There are numerous of outdoor activities and walking trails.
