Excellent location along the creek. The home was comfortable and roomy, and walking distance to all the spots in Capitola village. The path in front of the home is scenic and fun. The kitchen has the equipment you need if you want to cook at home. The owner was informative and even remembered my name when I was out and about the village. Capitola has some of the best restaurants in America, if you ask me.

Absolutely amazing spot. Quiet, comfortable, and an incredible experience being on the creek. Loved it all. Beds are great. Cannot beat having coffee next to the water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was a cozy little home perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the host was very responsive. It was still an original home with a few upgrades which was a breath of fresh air because of so many of the other homes having been completely renovated have lost their beach vibe. We really enjoyed the cottage’s original patina. The location was fantastic, so close to the beach and the pier. We will definitely be back!

Loved staying here. Everything was in walking distance. Charming clean cottage. Loved sitting out in the early mornings in the porch and watching the birds. Don’t pass on breakfast at Zelda’s on the beach. A short walk - no car needed. Also check out sunsets at Sunset beach. At short drive away. The cottage is local to everything!

What a spot! Absolutely beautiful area and property, couldnt ask for a better place. We didnt cook much, but what we did we found ample supplies for. Loved the crt tv with tapes! We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the seagulls. We walked down to the beach, which was super close. Great distance from everything we wanted to do.

This was a lovely place on Soquel Creek typical of the places along this area. It is within walking distance to the village. It was very clean and comfortable. The deck and other yard across the path by the water were great for sunbathing and relaxing! People do walk by with dogs etc. Everyone was friendly! We really had a nice time!

Great location and cottage

We had a great stay at the Capitola Cottage. You can’t beat the location and the yard was a great spot to relax during our stay. Plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and 9 year old kids).

Charming Cottage in Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect - a pleasant stroll from downtown Capitola, but away from the noise and on the peaceful and beautiful Soquel River. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay, and we would definitely stay here again.
