Stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with private pool and spa in sought after gated community of Ashton Place in Lely Resort. Brand new washer/dryer and outdoor kitchen. Watch the sun rise from the private screened lanai. Short walk to the players club. Five minutes to the Publix and other stores and only 20mins from fabulous downtown Naples .

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine, blender, coffee grinder, ninja bullet smoothie maker, toaster, electric wok, Joule Sous Vide and vacuum sealer, expresso machine and Kitchen-aid mixer. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cutlery, coffee cups/ glasses/whiskey tumblers/wine glasses/shot glasses, knives, boards, pots and pans etc. you will need.

Large new wooden ceiling fans with dimmable lights in all bedrooms and a large ceiling fan in the living room. New digital central AC.
Spacious master suite with king bed, flat screen tv, sitting area, and large ensuite with tub and separate shower. There is a door that leads directly from the master bedroom out to the lanai and pool area. Hot tub heating included, main pool heating available at additional cost ($15/day).

Brand new 12 foot custom outdoor granite kitchen with top of the line grill, side burner , outdoor refrigerator and trash bin.

The home has 3 bedrooms ( Master bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twin size beds) and an office with a sofa daybed with roll out trundle guest bed .

At the rear of the house is the golf course. We are a short walk to the players club. Access to the players club is included in the rental.
Lely offers two 18 hole public golf courses although green fees are not included in the rental.

The award-winning Club, totaling over 30,000 square feet, features resort-style pool areas, fine and casual dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center plus spa services, and a spectacular tennis complex with pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aran’s Aston Place home in Lely Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless—truly one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in—and it looked exactly as shown in the photos, if not better.The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor kitchen was a standout feature—we used it often and it really elevated the whole experience.Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the world-class Players Club, which was a huge plus.Aran was an exceptional host. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Lely Resort!

Wonderful house and hosts

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Aran and Margie's beautiful home in Lely! They are fantastic hosts and very responsive throughout the stay. Every detail was thought of for ensuring our stay felt like it was our own home away from home. Thanks again Aran and Margie! Paradise despite the weather

We had highs of 82F degrees and other days with a high of just 58F degrees and enjoyed our stay immensely. Very clean and beautifully decorated home. The property is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The heated pool and spa were great even on the cool days. Aran was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this vacation home.

Nice Lely Resort Home

We enjoyed our stay in Lely, the home is located in a nice neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The house is very well equipped and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a few minor issues that the owners addressed immediately. More than excellent

Good property in a quiet neighborhood. I played a lot of golf in the two great pubic golf courses, Flamingo and Mustang. It is expensive but the courses are well maintained for a public course. I cannot say enough good things about the owners Aaron and Margie.They were easy to communicate with quick response.I would have liked a bathroom scale that was the only thing that was missing in the house. All in all my wife and I had a great 6 weeks vacation in the beautiful house and spent a lot of time in the Lanai enjoying the outdoors.

Our stay in Ashton Place was fabulous. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and had ever possible amenity you could want. There were bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and pickle ball equipment. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. But the best part was the amazing outside space. The grill bar was great for entertaining and there were plenty of lounge chairs and comfortable chairs for just hanging by the pool and hot tub. Aran, the owner, was so accessible for any questions and so accommodating for anything we needed. The property is only 20 minutes to downtown Naples and 20 minutes to Marco Island so it's so easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shopping.Would definitely recommend!

Lely Resort - Wonderful Place to Stay

Our month long stay in Lely was wonderful. The home we rented was really a great place to stay with views overlooking the golf course. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were so great. I would highly recommend this home!
