Upstairs: Large mezzanine living room with office space and sea view, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with sea view, shower room (walk-in shower and toilet). Outside: Balcony in front of the entire living room facing the sea, 300 m² lawn on the street side, barbecue available. Fishing equipment and walking poles are available. Parking is available on the driveway, within the property, secured by a gate. Looking to escape and relax in a dream setting?
