I would not use this company ever!!!After changing the check out dates which they set. Threaten.To get the property staff and police to evict us. The staff is rude and Disrespectful. After I showed them in writing the changing dates they approved then they found us a room for one night. Like I was trying to take advantage of another night. I would never rent from this group ever. They absolutely suck!

Great condo. Would definitely stay at again. Was perfect for our family with four kids. Beach was about a block away. Has beach chairs. We did bring beach towels. Bring condiments, coffee, etc.

We love staying at Beach Resort! The property is beautiful and the pools are amazing. We have stayed in several different condos on the property and they never disappoint. We will be back!!

Great location

Overall a great location. The unit itself was well furnished and equipped. One thing we missed was beach service with this unit. A little dusty here and there and the door was standing open when we arrived, but overall a good stay.

Absolutely perfect!

It was just the right size for our large blended family. It had everything we needed there except for the food. Made thing much easier and convenient.

Good wk

Had a great stay we really liked the room ! Just a small issues had only two wash cloths in the two big rooms a few more in bunk bathroom. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach gate was a bit far for young children but overall had a great wk ! Good chance we will be back

The place was nice and very convenient, only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that all the appliances didn't work very well. Dishwasher kept stopping before finished, dryer took forever to dry the smallest of things and the oven took forever to cook anything. I'll also add although the beach is directly across the street, you will have to walk down a little ways in order to get thru the correct gate.

Family vacation

The experience overall was well! There were some things that could have been better. The wifi didn’t working consistently. The smoke detector needed a new battery. And the dishwasher was broken on day 1. We did enjoy our stay but things could have been better!

Please accept our sincerest apology for any frustration or disappointment caused due to the wifi, dishwasher, and smoke detector not working properly. We would have been more than happy to send someone to install a new battery in the smoke detector had we been made aware during your stay. Extra dish towels, dish soap, sponges, paper and plastic dinnerware and silverware, and a dish drying rack were provided upon arrival because maintenance had to order a part for the dishwasher. We unfortunately have no control over the Wi-Fi, which is provided through the HOA. Thank you for your patience and for choosing RealJoy.
