Not 1 complaint. 1st impression was “ a whiff of cleanliness! Place was immaculate. Area/surroundings were peaceful and quite. My moms house was damaged by the recent freeze and was not suitable to have family over to celebrate her 78th birthday. We lost our dad last summer so we needed a change from the “norm “.....THANK YOU for being available for our 1st birthday for mom and Easter Holiday, away from home! You should be proud of the service that you offer families like mine. RICE FAMILY #withgratitude.

Walden On Lake Conroe

What a fabulous property to meet out accommodations of 6 people. The Kitchen is small but very function able. The patio lead right to the lake, where our boat picked us up. I would highly recommend, dog and kid park as well as local entertainment at Breakwater Grill close by. Thanks Shawn Voigt

Unsatisfied

Bloody chicken livers were left in the refrigerator. So we couldn't use the that or even open the door without making the room stink. There were little girl sandals and trash under pull out couch. This place is in an awesome location, and pretty nice but it seems to be poorly taken care. Definitely couldn't recommend. We chose to stay and had a great time other than thinking about how dirty the room was.

Daniel, We profusely apologize for your experience as we did when you made us aware of the situation after your departure. If we had known as soon as you arrived, we could've rectified the situation. We live only 15 minutes from the condo. As we mentioned, we hired a new cleaning crew and they failed to live up to our standards. We have since replaced that company. We pride ourselves on our 5 star ratings and wish that you had brought your findings to our attention immediately instead of waiting until after your departure.

Wonderful 2 Month Stay!

Very nicely decorated and furnished. Pretty view. Perfect for a family of 4. We loved all of the nature very nearby. We took daily walks by the lake and surrounding neighborhoods and saw deer almost everyday. Homeowners were wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Super pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home

The plan was to stay while my home was being repaired after Hurricane Laura. On arrival, another mandatory evacuation went out for Hurricane Delta. The stay was very relaxing and was a wonderful get a way in between dealing with contractor. Your condo also gave us wonderful ideas for the repairs of both mine and my daughter's home.

Quiet weekend at the lake

A great place to spend the weekend away from the city. The view of the the lake was great and the condo was just as advertised. You can walk to the marina, the pool, and the yacht club or just down to the water to enjoy the view. Cathy was great to deal with. We had a wonderful time!!!

Next to marina, but not boat launch

Our top reason for choosing this condo was the boat access right outside and the proximity to the marina. It was convenient to have our boat tied up so close. Getting the pontoon in the water was more challenging. The marina does not have a boat launch and the neighborhood streets leading to the launches are narrow. Make sure you know where you are heading before trying to maneuver truck/trailer/boat. The condo itself was very clean and big enough for 4 adults. All furniture was comfortable except the bed in the master which was also very squeaky. Appliances are tiny but work. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill on the patio. Overall, a convenient place to stay for a fun weekend on the lake.

Access to amazing pools and a park

We had a wonderful time and if we had any questions, the owner would respond right away. I 100% recommend you go to the Yacht Club pools and order food and drinks while in the pool. It has the resort feel of an all inclusive vacation. The small pool across the parking lot was always quiet and empty, which was great. I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks!

Place was nice, clean. We enjoyed being there. Could use light blocking shades or curtains in the bedrooms. It's further from the boat rental places on the main highway than you think, so consider renting from the adjacent marina instead.

Fun Family Boating & Fishing Weekend

We had two families in our group comprised of adults, teens and kids. We stayed in this condo unit and the unit right next door. It was a perfect weekend of boating, fishing and wave-running on Lake Conroe. Both condos were immaculately clean and well-maintained. The kitchens were stocked with the supplies we needed for cooking and eating our meals. We loved the convenience of tying our boat and watercraft up at night within steps of the condo units. We were within a 5-minute walk to the marina for spontaneous snacks and treats. The kids loved early morning fishing right outside the back patio areas. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Great location, right on the lake. Great communication with the owner. The two bedrooms are spacious and each has its own full bath. Kitchen is very small, but we came to hang out on the lake, so no big deal. Charcoal grill was nice and we used it three times. One suggestion.... add a toaster :-)! Thank You!

Just what we needed

We needed a condo while our new house was being built. The condo was perfect for us. We will miss the water view, the ducks, the fishermen, the local golf and the easy access the surrounding area. We also had a great host.

Great Little Condo in Walden

I’ve spent many (25 plus) 4th of July’s at Lake Conroe, mostly in Walden. We’ve stayed in a condo owned by family and several rentals. I have to say that this condo is by far, one of the nicest rentals. It is as cute as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is very nicely remodeled, it’s small but has everything you need. The bathroom in the master has a nice shower with excellent water pressure. The condo is tucked into a quite little cove, even the night of July 4th, we were able to sleep without extra noise. My boys enjoyed fishing right outside the patio. The beds were comfortable, the king bed in the master bedroom was so nice to have. The floors are tile so you don’t have to worry about spills or wet feet. Low maintenance living, just like the lake should be. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating when we asked to add a night just a week before our stay. The only issue I had is something that I was the only person in my family who noticed. Someone in one of the neighboring condos smoked occasionally and it triggered my allergies. It could have been a renter in that condo, not an owner, so it could have been a one time deal and I am literally the only person out of four who noticed and everything else was fantastic do I hate to even mention it. Everything else was great. Overall, our family had a lot of fun, I would stay there again and recommend it to a friend.
