Located off a low traffic road w/hiking & historic sites just a short distance away, its only 22 min. to downtown Chatt., 25 min. to Dunlap & just over 30 min to the Chattanooga Airport, Ruby Falls, Rock City, Lookout Mtn & tons of other vacation hot spots, too.

SIGNAL COMFORT offers room to spread out and with comfortable seating, too! In addition to the reclining leather sofa, there's a reclining swivel rocker, 2 DVD players for your viewing entertainment, a desk is on the end of the LR with a computer monitor should you wish to plug your laptop in, and a super comfortable rolling leather office chair.
The adjoining KITCHEN is fully equipped with RANGE, REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER, TOASTER OVEN, MICROWAVE and DISHWASHER. The small appliances you will find include DRIP COFFEE POT, BLENDER, and a HAND MIXER. In addition you will find it stocked with some COOKING BASICS...i.e. Salt, Pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, Garlic Salt, Mrs. Dash, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Oils, Flour, Sugar, Pancake Mix (requiring only water), and Condiments such as Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Soft Butter Spread, Taco Sauce & BBQ Sauce. At the end of the Kitchen area there is plenty of room for additional sleeping on an airbed

The bathroom has a shower and tub, along with 4 drawers in the 60" Vanity and a Walk in Closet, which would accommodate the clothes and bags of the additional guests if they stay downstairs.

SLEEPING:

The Upstairs Bedroom is HUGE and has a KING BED, 2nd TV (which would accommodate your fire stick), DVD player, Table with 2 chairs, a Lounge Chair and a Walk in Closet! Q & Twin airbeds provided upon request for up to 3 additional guests, or there is also room for the airbeds in the large upstairs bedroom, allowing this guest home to sleep up to 5. This is a great space separated from the downstairs.

ADDITIONAL ENTERTAINMENT AND AMENITIES:

Lots of Classic Reader's Digest Condensed Novels and other Fiction and Non-Fiction books for your reading pleasure, Classic Games, Puzzles, and a Fire Pit for even S'more fun, too!
