The location is not as advertised. The owner stated the unit was a 15 minute walk from the convention center. It Ended up being 45 minutes. I even asked at time of reservation. When I asked because he gave a different address, he said it was vbro’s fault. You will want an Uber. Then he states how beautiful the unit is and cheap versus downtown hotels.
Check in and out is difficult. The owner says he will give directions and the key but had to call and wait at night with suitcase. You have to prompt him to get in and out. He couldn’t remember what he told us on Check in then a hassle of where to leave key. He said on checkin we could leave our bag a couple of hours as we had a late flight. The night before when asking about lockbox for key, he acted as the conversation never happened and wouldn’t allow. He is very explicit on the checkin of walking around the small condo showing there are no Marks on the walls and to keep the shades drawn as it is so beautiful. It is not so beautiful plus the window is so dirty it looks foggy when looking out. They haven’t been washed.
As far as the property it has no flooring only concrete floors. Very minimally stocked such as no knives only a butter knife. There were only three bowls. You get the picture. In the shower the caulking is moldy and the heat vent above the shower rusty. The sheets are horrible but he brags about a $7k mattress. That I doubt.
Worst stay of all my vbro experiences. A strong do not stay at this one.
