The place itself was perfect for me and my sister. Very clean, everything we needed for a weekend stay. Room stayed nice and cold, and the bed was comfortable.
Had an amazing stay in the Casita, super clean and communication was amazing making it easy to fix any issues. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at, great property manager.
To the eye the neighborhood looks scary... its just an old neighborhood but nothing to worry about, its pretty chill nobody messes with anybody. We had a great stay.
The space was absolutely gorgeous. It was comfortable, super clean, was exactly what the online advertisement described. Would definitely consider staying here again. The property manager was absolutely understanding.
This property was amazing. Very comfortable bed, adequate seating and amenities. Pictures were accurate and I loved the fireplace. The 65 inch TV was a great bonus but my favorite thing was the backyard with the cage lighting. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again. Great communication!
My daughter and I stayed here for a concert we were attending on a Friday. We stayed two nights and had zero issues. We got in late Thursday and I had some questions that the host responded to quickly. It was clean and very comfortable.
Our stay was nice, the house was very clean and the host was very responsive to questions. The walkway that was to be used to gain access to the house in the back was not lit at night so we had to use the other side of the house to get to the property.
Looking for a place to relax and allow quick access to the Riverwalk area, this met our needs. Don't let the neighborhood discourage you. The house is newly remodeled and comfortable. The area was quiet and provided an oasis between activities.
The place was perfect as far as very peaceful, private, clean, cozy, manager was very prompt at responding.. the only downfall didn't supply adequate wash clothes and towels 2 of each for 2 people for 4 days....
Beautiful little place to stay all updated,,was shocked when first drove into the neighborhood,, not a great part of town, but, stayed,, quiet there felt safe,,
Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay at the casita. It was very clean and had everything we needed, and it was a close drive to the Alamodome (AT&T Center). The neighborhood was a bit run down in places, but we felt plenty safe and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the bed was way too soft. We decided to remove the foam topper on it and that helped (though it was still quite soft). Other than that, it was a really nice stay. Definitely would stay again.
It was a pleasant experience. The place is just far enough from downtown to be away from the traffic, but close enough to be just a 10 min drive. It was just myself and my 9 year old daughter and it was just enough room. We didn't take part of the super cute backyard but it was so cute. I called the owner for a brief lighting issue...(I kicked the breaker) and he was quick to answer the phone.
Would highly recommend. Only thing my daughter said to tell you, there should be a full size mirror somewhere! haha!
After driving through the neighborhood, we were not comfortable with staying at this property. We contacted the owner to let him know how we felt and that we would not be staying. Owner never responded.

Place was like a studio apartment without the kitchen. It had a small refrigerator, microwave, glasses and plastic utensils, small combo/key safe to put your valuables in, A/C unit that puts out nice cold air, bed was high and very comfortable, towels and amenities were included, door was electronic entry and for security and safety, had a motel style door lock that prevents someone from entering and you can peek out without fully opening the door.
The only thing is the neighborhood. It's located in a somewhat run down area and stray dogs and cats are everywhere and the barking as well. Otherwise, I think the area is safe enough to go to. I didn't feel unsafe at all. Anyway, my stay was nice, comfortable, and may come back again.

Decent for the price
The neighborhood is not the best, but we didn't have any issues.
To access the rental you must walk thru the driveway; it stormed which made it muddy all weekend, so that wasn't ideal (there was no broom, so I couldn't sweep up the mud/dirt that was brought in from that fact)
For the most part is was clean, with exception of hairs and small trash in the drawers, attached to the sink.
The bed was too soft for us, basically my partner and I end up on top of each other, because you sink in, so we didn't sleep to good.
The shower was not working, no pressure, so we had to pretty much use a cup to shower with, as we are not bath takers. I did message the owner and he did respond but was not able to get anyone out there.
They did leave a few beers for us, which was appreciated after the long drive.
Check out is 11 and the cleaning lady knocked on the door about 10:50 to clean the room and she made it clear, she was there to clean and to basically hurry up.
Overall it was decent, it is a cozy little place and does have all the basic amenities, just our stay wasn't the most enjoyed due to the circumstances.
