A seven minute drive to downtown Mendocino’s restaurants, beaches and shopping located on a private, quiet and sunny nature filled acre plus. Spectacular ocean views abound from the decks and every room in the home. The fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living room separates the two large master bedroom suites. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom.

Central heat, High Speed internet, Custom window blinds, Washer & Dryer, Clawfoot bathtub, walk in shower, home pod speaker synced to iTunes, 43-inch HD Smart TV synced to Netflix.An eight person 57 jet Hot Springs Hot Tub and custom-built sauna, cold shock water tower, a hot water outdoor shower and a newly built deck with lounge chairs are all located in a very private sunny fully fenced large backyard.

We offer a brochure with a full menu of our In Home Spa Treatments to all guests with a confirmed reservation. We also have a level two universal EV Charger with built in adapter to handle all vehicles in the US. 30 per charge.
