L’appartement est situé rive gauche, au cœur de l’un des plus charmants coin de Paris : le Quartier Latin. Idéal pour découvrir l’ambiance parisienne authentique.

Plongez dans le Paris des artistes, des écrivains et des poètes… avec ses jolies ruelles pavées abritant commerces de bouche, troquets typiques et jardins cachés…

Très central, vous serez à quelques minutes à pied de nombreux monuments emblématiques, musées, jardins et activités culturelles :

- Le Pantheon (5min à pieds)
- La pittoresque rue Mouffetard, une des plus vieilles rues de Paris (2min à pieds)
- Les romantiques quais de Seine (7min à pieds)
- Les arènes de Lutèce (3min à pieds)
