This 600 Sq Foot, 1st French Floor,spacious apartment is located on a quiet, pedestrian-only,lovely street of the 5th arrondissement, next to the famous and charming rue Mouffetard (recommended in Gourmet Magazine), a famous street lined with restaurants and open air markets. Building has a private courtyard and the apartment is modern, with full-amenities and is quiet. Secure building, access by code only. Steps away is the building in which Hemingway lived. In the immediate neighborhood you will find the Place Monge, the heart of the Latin Quarter, The Panthéon and the Jardins du Luxembourg, wonderful historical French gardens. Many shops, restaurants and stores are close to the apartment ; Bakery, meat and fish markets, Supermarket, Open air market, bowling alley, swimming pool, movie theater, numerous variety of restaurants, cafes, pharmacy. 10 minute pleasant walk to the steps of Notre Dame, Blvd St. Germain and the Seine.

EXCELLENT location-steps from 2 different subway lines and pleasant 10 minute walk to St. Michel and Luxembourg train which will take you directly to the airport or Versailles palace. Steps from Place Contrescape and Rue Mouffetard. 12 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Seine River

AIR CON available- very rare in Paris. essential for the hot summer nites. Please note that historic buildings such as ours are not allowed window units. The estimate is less than 5% of all Paris apartments have air conditioning. This apartment has a stand up powerful air conditioning unit in the living room which, under normal circumstances should be able to cool the entire apartment. If it is an exceptionally hot summer, with an extreme heat wave, the apartment will be comfortable but potentially not “cold”. Please note building regulations require that noise is limited after 9 PM- after which air conditioning and washing machine use not allowed until 8AM

We had a fantastic stay in Paris in large part because of this apartment- Ms. Yoyo went above and beyond, and when I travel back to Paris I will definitely pick the Latin quarter. Convenient location to walk to major attractions, close to the metro, less touristy than other neighborhoods, quiet and the food was great. Highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our condo. It had everything we needed for our one week stay. The location was great! We walked to bathe Louvre and to Notre Dame. The condo itself was very comfortable with everything provided. Yo-yo is a great ambassador for the unit! We highly recommend it.

Kiera’s apartment is comfortable, clean, and impressively convenient to the very best sites in the 5e arrondissement. We loved going everywhere on foot and especially appreciated the nearby Jardin des Plantes.

Located near metro and some nice cafes, this place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Very quiet was a plus. Stayed with my 14 year old and we were pleased.

The apartment was cozy and in the heart of the latin quarter.Convenient to cafes and restaurants and small shops. The area was safe for waking and assessable by walking to a variety of museums and parks. The apartment had a small but modern kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed are stay and would return. Perfect Stay!

The unit is in a fun and convenient location, spacious by Paris standards, has an up to date bath and appliances and washer dryer! We have stayed in other rentals in Paris but this was the best. Also the property manager, Yoli, is a gem and a delight. We will absolutely return to Rue Rollin again.

Lovely property

The apartment was nicely decorated and laid out, towels, linens and dishes were high quality, and the central location in the Latin Quarter couldn't be beat! Easy walk to three different metro stations, many bakeries and affordable restaurants, and a large 3 day/wk market. The property manager Ms Yoyo was very responsive. I enjoyed my week here and would definitely stay again!

Amazing Apartment in a Wonderful Location

The apartment was spacious, clean and wonderfully located. Keira and Ms. Yoyo, the hostess, were accessible and very helpful in learning about the area. We had a lovely time at Keira's apartment. Ms. Yoyo was especially kind and so helpful! We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location could not be beat. I like this part of the 5th near the rue Mouffetard, so this apartment was perfect. Very near a Metro stop, but also on traffic free street. Communication and welcome were excellent.

Excellent "home base" for a Parisian adventure

This apartment was conveniently located on a quiet street with easy access to dining, groceries and transportation options - in short, a perfect "pied a terre" near Place de la Contrescarpe for my short Parisian visit with two tired/jetlagged kids (aged 13 and 7) . This was the perfect place to be... great location. They check in was very easy. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The Best, however, was Yoli, the Wonder Woman who helped us when I realized I booked for 1 day short of our stay. She packed us up & helped find a hotel for 1 night. Winter Paris getaway

This rental was so unexpectedly exactly what we needed. We were away from the tourist part of the city and felt like we got a much better feel for life in Paris. Restaurants, shoos and the metro are so close. The beds were really comfortable, even when I had to sleep on the pullout couch to support a child having a nightmare…and THAT was even comfortable! Highly recommend!

My husband and 2 small boys love Paris- there is always a new place to explore, a new site to appreciate and a new restaurant to try. The city is always alive, inviting and full of life. So much history, so many historic sights and always a cafe to sit down it- to savor the moments, the view and the wonderful food.

Why they chose this property

We love this location- it is the heartbeat of Paris. Convenient by RER, Velib (the bike rental throughout Paris sponsored by the city that is accessible to everyone and steps away from our apartment), walking, metro and bus to anyplace of interest. Direct RER to Versailles and the airport. Easy walk to Nortre Dame, Boulevard St. Germain. Steps away from the famous Rue Mouffetard filled with restaurants, open air markets, supermarkets and theaters. The street is quiet, a pedestrian only street, yet steps from the heartbeat and activity of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is modern, comfortable and fully equipped with every comfort. We especially love the big bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Having a washer and dryer unit is invaluable, especially with young children. The hostess that meets you at the apartment is invaluable- to introduce you to the neighborhood, the city and answer any questions. Very helpful indeed when you need help with lost luggage, a stolen wallet or confusion on how to operate the television- all of which have happened !
