The apartment was clean and roomy in a very nice neighborhood. Many of the tourist sites are within a 25 minute walk. The apartment also has great metro access.

This was the perfect rental for a family of 4. Walkable to restaurants and shops, metro and local sites. Kitchen was well equipped for a home cooked meal if you need a night in. Onsite laundry was a bonus. Relaxing home away from home after a long day sight seeing. Excellent and welcoming host, great communication!! Can’t wait to come back!

Yoli was really lovely and made the whole process from checking in to leaving very easy and stress free. The apartment is in a great location! We loved being in the Latin Quarter away from all the tourist stuff! The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our needs! Great host and wonderful stay!

Wonderful little apartment in the heart of the Latin district. This area of Paris is the oldest area and the apartment is quite rustic but has all of the modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked. Has washer and dryer. The AC is ok but not great. However, it was sufficient for us. 10 months out of the year, no one would need the AC anyway. I do highly recommend this place for visitors to Paris. One word of caution regarding the steep steps. This unit may not be ideal for people who have severe mobility challenges or use walkers. Children are perfectly fine. Our host YoYo is very sweet and helpful. I personally will try to get this place again in the future when I come to Paris.

We had a fantastic stay in Paris in large part because of this apartment- Ms. Yoyo went above and beyond, and when I travel back to Paris I will definitely pick the Latin quarter. Convenient location to walk to major attractions, close to the metro, less touristy than other neighborhoods, quiet and the food was great. Highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our condo. It had everything we needed for our one week stay. The location was great! We walked to bathe Louvre and to Notre Dame. The condo itself was very comfortable with everything provided. Yo-yo is a great ambassador for the unit! We highly recommend it.

Perfect location

The place was comfortable for our family of 3 with easy access to the Metro, restaurants and all we wanted. Communication was excellent in advance of arrival and we were greeted with all the essentials upon arrival by Yoli. This was a perfect spot for exploring Paris.

Lovely Latin Quarter apartment

Kiera’s apartment is comfortable, clean, and impressively convenient to the very best sites in the 5e arrondissement. We loved going everywhere on foot and especially appreciated the nearby Jardin des Plantes.

Nice place to stay

Located near metro and some nice cafes, this place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Very quiet was a plus. Stayed with my 14 year old and we were pleased.

Perfect Stay!

The unit is in a fun and convenient location, spacious by Paris standards, has an up to date bath and appliances and washer dryer! We have stayed in other rentals in Paris but this was the best. Also the property manager, Yoli, is a gem and a delight. We will absolutely return to Rue Rollin again.

Amazing Apartment in a Wonderful Location

The apartment was spacious, clean and wonderfully located. Keira and Ms. Yoyo, the hostess, were accessible and very helpful in learning about the area. The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood close filled with restaurants and small shops. And the metro is only one block away. A wonderful place to stay to experience Paris!

Lovely flat, responsive hosts

Property was quiet and secure and in a perfect location. Lots of nice restaurants and wine and cheese shops nearby but also close to 2am post-bar crepes. Quiet building on a very quiet street, good internet for working, lots of room, friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay

The apartment was cozy and in the heart of the latin quarter.Convenient to cafes and restaurants and small shops. The area was safe for waking and assessable by walking to a variety of museums and parks. The apartment had a small but modern kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed are stay and would return. Comfortable centrally located flat

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The modern luxuries of a washer, dryer and dishwasher were great, we have kids! Yoli is fantastic (prop manager) and helped us and even babysat. We would return in a heartbeat. Great comfortable stay.

Lovely property

The apartment was nicely decorated and laid out, towels, linens and dishes were high quality, and the central location in the Latin Quarter couldn't be beat! Easy walk to three different metro stations, many bakeries and affordable restaurants, and a large 3 day/wk market. The property manager Ms Yoyo was very responsive. I enjoyed my week here and would definitely stay again!

Great stay, Excellent location

We had a lovely time at Keira's apartment. Ms. Yoyo was especially kind and so helpful! We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location could not be beat. We enjoyed walking to the nearby circle for dinner and my kids loved popping down to the boulangerie for a croissant each morning. Thank you for having us!!

Quiet and convenient

I like this part of the 5th near the rue Mouffetard, so this apartment was perfect. Very near a Metro stop, but also on traffic free street. Communication and welcome were excellent.
