Amazing place

Amazing location and very clean place small place with a lot of room. We visit Florida a lot and this is definitely one of our favorites. Owners are great, friendly and very responsive.

Beautiful home- 5 star stay

Wonderful place for vacation!! So appreciated the lovely and clean property in quiet location close to beach. It was an extra gift to have the beach amenities (chairs, umbrella) included too. Excellent stay!!

We felt at home

Perfect for our family vacay. The kitchen has everything needed to cook amazing meals, an outdoor dining space and steps to the beach. The host was very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again.

Flying High in the Seagull

Our stay this week was wonderful! The walk to the beach was a breeze and the home had everything that we needed for vacation! This was my second time staying here with family and it never disappoints!

Family vacation

The property is extremely clean and well decorated. There is everything a family would need to go to the beach. A family of four can sleep comfortably. We have stayed there many times and plan to go back.

This was our first stay at the Seagull Beach Cottage. The house was super clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. Great location with just a short walk to the beach and the best seafood right across the street. Leslee goes above and beyond.

Another great stay!

My family loves The Seagull Cottage! This is our second time renting here and our go to rental in the area. Leslee is a great host and the house is the perfect size for our family of four. It’s spotless, very close to the beach and has all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. We’ll be back!

Lovely Property and Lovely Host

Great little property, exactly what we were looking for. Beach was lovely and a very quick walk. Property came with tons of conveniences: beach umbrella, chairs, buggy, cooler, etc. The beach was almost empty so it was akin to having a private beach, quite an experience for Madeira Beach.
