This home was the perfect place for our 3 generation family stay. The kitchen was perfect for our meals at home, while the 2 family rooms and outdoor area worked well for the activities of the different ages. The bedrooms and beds were lovely, giving everyone a good nights sleep. The hosts were very generous and understanding of our requests. We hope to come back again some day for a longer stay,

Wonderful Family Gathering Place!

We stayed over the holidays and were very comfortable with the accommodations for grandparents, couples, and children. The host was very accessible and responsive and the property was clean and beautiful.

Great place and location.

Great place to handle a large group of people. The golf course view and access to restaurants stores and hugest make it ideal house to rent in Denver. The owner is responsive and would rent from him again.

Corporate Retreat

Great house. Great Spot.

Stayed here for the annual golf trip. Great house. Fire pit downstairs was a perfect spot to hang out and catch up. Owner is very accommodating - even if you bug him a lot like we did. Highly recommend if you can get it

Partners Meeting / Retreat

We came to enjoy a weekend away from the office and plan for the future of the company. We wanted a place where we could meet and allow our spouses to relax while we were doing so. This was the perfect spot!

It was just as shown and advertised, they were helpful in figuring out the sleeping situation before we booked. It met our expectations with the exception of the hot them not being warm enough to use while we were there.

Family reunion

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house which was perfect for our 22 member family- 12 kids and 10 adults. Few things happened but the prompt reply and ability to fix it quickly was nice. We had the best time. The kids all played games in the basement which they loved. They also had fun time watching movies at night! So much to do at the house. It was very welcoming and organized. Thanks for having us!!

Super spacious and lots of activities!

Overall the home was great! Hot tub took a few days to heat up to 104 degrees and some of the games are in beat up condition but everything still worked! If you have a large group it might be helpful to pack a towel or ask hosts to stock up some extra towels.

Incredibly disappointing stay. Did not receive check in code until 30 minutes prior to check in. A little stressful when you’ve flown across the country. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Only 9 large plates for a house that sleeps 16? No large serving bowls so we had to use a cooking pot to serve salad? Oven was filthy and some of the “clean” dishes/pots in the cupboards were caked with food so we had to wash before using. When you’re paying over 5k for three nights, you expect better. But it got worse. Garage door was malfunctioning part of the time, we’re expected to deal with the trash cans on garbage day (they were on the curb when we arrived with garbage inside). Again, why are we managing garbage so you don’t violate HOA rules? Did not receive any responses on check in code, garbage cans, dirty oven and dishes until the next day and was told they’d be back in touch with a plan to address those issues by EOD but that never happened. Second night of our three night stay, everyone on the top floor was woken by the smoke detectors. Every 10 - 20 minutes from 12:30am until 3:30am. If you have a vacation rental, change your batteries on a regular basis. For all the excessive signage posted in every room, zero after hours contact information. One of our elderly guests never was able to get back to sleep that night. Someone was sent out the next day to switch out batteries. First and last time renting from HOMY. As a landlord myself, I’m appalled. Do better.

Awesome Wedding Stay

We used this house as a home base for my son’s wedding. It’s a beautiful, large home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a really fun bedroom setup for the little kids. For the short amount of time we were able to enjoy it, we utilized all of the amenities, especially the games in the basement. We wished we would have had more time and we all want to come back. If you need a clean, well appointed, functional home for any family gathering, you can’t go wrong with this one.
