Original features from 1898 include a bay window and the orginal fir woodwork. The PARLOR consist of one large room encompassing the living area with couch, coffee table, chairs and desk and a sleeping area highlighted with one queen bed. The separate kitchen has frig, gas range, microwave, sink, table and 2 chairs plus all items for preparing a meal. New vintage style bathroom has claw foot tub shower combo.
Built in 1898, this house was a Sears and Roebuck catalog house that came by train in a "kit", and then by horse drawn wagon to the building site. It has been renovated by owners and has had recent updating.
Guests have the main floor to themselves with a separate coded door entrance on the side porch. The PARLOR has a coffee maker, gas range, microwave, refrigerator in kitchen and is equipped for cooking. Bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower is vintage styled.
No smoking anything anywhere on the premises. Our house is an all wooden structure that is built in 1898 and located in a urban mixed use neighborhood with attendant noise. Please bring slippers/socks and remove your shoes and store at entry way boot tray. The house is NOT childproofed.

Why they chose this property
The last Victorian standing!
