This large, unique 3-bedroom beach home features an open floor plan with coastal-chic decor and Gulf views from the back deck. Located in the La Playa neighborhood of Port Aransas, one of the closest neighborhoods to the beach, with a private boardwalk.
Never miss out on a conversation while gathering in this expansive living room/dining/kitchen setting with grand ceilings. Watch your favorite movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi from the plush sectional couch, which converts to a sleeper or a chair. The full kitchen is complete with tile countertops, updated white appliances, a regular coffee maker, and a Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for preparing family meals. Dine at the table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Curl up and read a book in the quiet sitting area off the living room, or utilize the desk for distance learning and checking in on work from home. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, a closet, and a chest for your beach attire. The hall bath is appointed with a vanity and a corner shower with a glass door. The master bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a King bed, TV, and closet. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The upstairs area is perfect for kids (BR3), furnished with 2 Twin beds, 1 Full Bed, a TV, a chest, a closet, and plenty of floor space to play. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity and a shower. Sip your morning coffee on the back, L-shaped deck, and take in the Gulf view and breeze. After a day of fishing, cook up your catch on the charcoal grill below. The beach is a short walk via the private neighborhood boardwalk over the dunes. Pack your bag, load up the family, and play where lasting memories are made.

Things to know:
WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Private Heated Pool. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
$50 charge per day for pool heat, and must remain on for the duration of stay.
Beach Towels not provided.

Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.

Parking for 3 vehicles, parking is not allowed on the street. Boat and trailer parking is prohibited. A golf cart rental will use a space.
