Sleep deeply in the premium hybrid king bed, relax on the leather couch as you watch your favorite show on the Roku smart tv, make a meal in the well equipped kitchen, knock out some work using the high-speed wifi at the dedicated work space, take a stroll on through the nearby park or canal trail, or explore Denver and the beautiful Rocky mountains as you stay in our place.

The space
This place is a relaxing, stylish, and well equipped retreat for all who want to visit Denver and the front range. Business travelers will enjoy the lightening fast WiFi, dedicated work space, and easy access to Denver’s Light Rail transportation system as well as the Denver Tech Center (DTC).

There is a condominium complex pool/hot tub available during the summer.

Host is very friendly and super easy to communicate with. Property was clean, bathroom stocked with clean towels, clean sheets on the bed, clean kitchen. Plenty of utensils if you want to cook for yourself & plenty of restaurants nearby if not. Location was fabulous for us. Parking was easy. Nice view from balcony/living room. Once you have the apartment complex in sight, use your eyeballs, not your GPS.
