We loved our stay here! The location was better than expected - quiet and within walking distance to the plaza. After staying in hotels for a few days, we welcomed the comfort and amenities this casita offered. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. If we find ourselves in this area again, we will stay here.
We loved our stay! Beautiful home in a great area. Perfect place to land for our first visit to Santa Fe! Would easily stay here again or recommend it to a friend.
Great place. Updated, clean, fabulous location, great hosts. The biggest problem I saw was that every time my wife and I would go for a walk down Canyon Road, we would always seem to come back with another piece of art we fell in love with.
The location, the size (for one person), sweet outdoor space, easy parking (thank you!) This was an ideal place for me to land after driving across the country from Vermont for 2 weeks. I felt right at home, as I am very familiar with the Canyon Road locale. Thank you so much, Charles.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Canyon Road casita. It was clean. The host/rep contacted us before, during and after our stay. We knew we could reach them if we needed to. Parking was tight but we were given instructions that worked out well. It sure was nice to find coffee ready to make when we arrived. We saw more of Canyon Road than we ever had before and walking each morning and evening really gave us the flavor of Santa Fe. There was a little table and chairs by the front door and would be a nice spot for sipping coffee when the days get warmer. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The woodwork made it very cozy and there is quite a library to enjoy in this quiet and comfortable casita.
A short walk to all the galleries in Canyon Road and right across from a nice coffee and tea place, too! Parking was tough - or at least LEAVING the parking spot was tough - I scratched my rental car on one of the small enclosures around the parking area. The bed was very comfortable, but there is not a futon in the living area, as we had initially thought there might be (from one of the pictures). There is a small (1.5-2”) step up to the kitchen, made of brick that matches the surrounding floor that we were worried about tripping on in low light. The kitchen is pleasant and functional, but don’t expect any extras like cooking oil or aluminum foil or a useable cookie sheet. All in all, we had fun, but there were a few downsides.
Traditional New Mexico “casita” with plenty of rustic charm. Nicely located in arts district of Santa Fe. This was a pleasant, mostly restful place to stay during a long road trip. Communication with property manager was very good.
What a great little place. The location can't be beat. It was very clean and very quiet, perfect to relax. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Great communication from the owner.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We very much enjoyed our 2-week stay here, tucked away in a quiet alley off of Canyon Rd. It was comfortable, quiet, pleasant, had pretty much everything we needed for our stay, and was walkable to so much! The kitchen was equipped so that we could cook if we wanted. The front patio was perfect for morning coffee. Parking was a bit tight, but we did fine with a Lexus SUV. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!
