The property is well-cared for and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub - it is showing some signs of wear, but still enjoyable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. It’s a pretty quiet area, though some street noise; not to the point of keeping us awake or anything like that. Would definitely recommend!

Great house with room for everyone to spread out. Spacious bedrooms and very comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the gas fire pit for family time in the evenings. It’s right on the edge of a neighborhood so there was traffic noise, but generally quiet and easy to get from the house to any location we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our time there a lot.

We had a wonderful time at this property! A great layout with three bedrooms on the main level and one large bedroom in the basement next to the family area. 3 of the bedrooms have TVs and the kitchen is clean and well stocked

Our stay was 5 stars. The house was well stocked. Great location to all of the activities we wanted to do. Great area to take afternoon or morning walks. The house was so cozy and perfect size for our family. The back yard is so cute and the best area to unwind after a long fun day. We got to enjoy smores, the hot tub and just relaxing out there. Check in was super easy, the host was very communicative and checking out was just as easy. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you for allowing us to stay

We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. We had a few issues that they are going to address.The beds were comfortable. The location was great, it’s close to many tourist attractions and places to eat. Great place to stay!

This was by far a great value for the money. The mountain views from the backyard are spectacular! The fire pit allowed us to enjoy the brisk Colorado nights, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax on this vacation. Spoke with the owners about a mishap with a chair and the were so gracious and kind. I will definitely be returning to this property for future Colorado trips.

Clean, well organized property. We were two business travelers for an Air Force Space conference.. We had two very separate spaces with our own bathrooms. Everything is easy to figure out and very clean. Or only regret is not using the hot tub. Central location and a sport Uber to Lots of restaurants.
